Kerjasama UNNES dengan Kemenpora dan MES, Gelar Kuliah Umum Mewujudkan Generasi Muda Mandiri dan Berkualitas Melalui Kewirausahaan

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) bersama dengan Kementerian Pemuda dan Olahraga Republik Indonesia (Kemenpora RI) dan Masyarakat Ekonomi Syariah (MES) menggelar Kuliah Kewirausahaan Pemuda.

Kuliah Kewirausahaan ini mengangkat tema “Mewujudkan Generasi Muda Mandiri dan Berkualitas Melalui Kuliah Kewirausahaan”, yang digelar secara virtual, Rabu (27/4).

Hadir Dr Asrorun Niam Sholeh MA Deputi Bidang Pengembangan Pemuda Kemenpora. Dalam sambutannya menymapikan kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk kerjasama dengan berbagai perguruan tinggi sebagai perwujudan untuk mendorong semangat kewirausahaan di kalangan pemuda khususnya di kalangan perguruan tinggi.

“Kegiatan ini sebagai tindaklanjut dari salah satu dari lima program prioritas Kemenpora periode 2020-2024 yakni pemberdayaan pemuda menjadi kreatif, inovatif, mandiri dan berdaya saing serta menumbuhkan semangat kewirausahaan,” kata Dr Asrorun.

Ia mengatakan, salah satu ukuran kemajuan perekonomian suatu bangsa atau kemakmuran suatu masyarakat itu ditunjukkan dengan besarnya persentase dari masyarakat yang bergerak di bidang enterpreneur.

“Indonesia saat ini membutuhkan pemuda enterpreneur yang menghasilkan sosial benefit dan sosial impact. Untuk itu kami mendorong agar mahasiswa saat berada di perguruan tinggi mulai membuat usaha,” tuturnya.

Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum menyampaikan apresiasi inovasi yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian Pemuda Olahraga dalam melaksanakan berbagai usaha untuk meningkatkan peran pemuda dalam mengisi kemerdekaan dan menuju Indonesia emas tahun 2045.

Prof Fathur Rokhman menyebut tantangan global saat ini menuntut perguruan tinggi melahirkan lulusan yang cerdas, berkarakter dan berdayaguna.

“Mahasiswa UNNES dibekali dengan literasi data kemampuan untuk membaca, analisis, dan menggunakan informasi (Big Data) di dunia digital. Literasi Teknologi dalam memahami cara kerja mesin, aplikasi teknologi (Coding, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering Principles, & Cyber-Security) dan juga dibekali literasi manusia meliputi humanities, komunikasi dan desain yang akan menjadikan mahasiswa mampu bersaing di dunia kerja,” jelas Prof Fathur.

Selain itu, Prof Fathur menjelaskan, UNNES sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi terbaik mendorong mahasiswa menjadi wirausahawan melalui program Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka.

Prof Fathur menambahkan, UNNES memiliki gedung Pusat Pengembangan Kewirusahaan yang digunakan sebagai Pusat pengembangan inkubator bisnis mahasiswa, pusat layanan kesehatan, pusat official merchandise UNNES, pusat kebugaran profesional, pusat museum, pusat layanan terpadu, pusat hospitality dan akomodasi.

“Dengan menggandeng mitra usaha, diharapkan Kewirausahaan UNNES menjadi mercusuar bisnis civitas akademika UNNES. Selain itu, aktivitas di Gedung Kewirausahaan juga bisa menjadi sarana praktik untuk menunjang pembelajaran mahasiswa,” jelasnya.

Turut hadir Dr Nyata Nugraha MSi Ketua MES Jawa Tengah, Drs Imam Gunawan MAP Plt Asdep Kewirausahaan Pemuda Kemenpora.
