Kembangkan Kemampuan Berpikir melalui Pembelajaran Berbasis Teks

Berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 siswa menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia tidak hanya sebagai sarana komunikasi, tetapi juga sebagai sarana mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir. Hal ini diungkapkan Prof Fathur Rokhman MHum dalam Seminar Nasional Jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia (BSI), Sabtu (3/11).

“Pembelajaran Bahasa saat ini merupakan pembelajaran berbasis teks, dimana untuk jenjang SD akan diajarkan sebanyak 30 jenis teks, SMP 45 jenis teks, dan SMA 60 jenis teks. Dengan pembelajaran berbasis teks siswa akan dituntut untuk bisa menganalisis dan berimajinasi,” tambahnya.

Tommy Kurniawan selaku ketua panitia melaporkan, seminar yang diadakan di gedung B6 Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Universitas Negeri Semarang (FBS Unnes) merupakan kerjasama antara Jurusan BSI dengan Balai Bahasa Provinsi Jawa Tengah, dan Badan Pengembangan dan Pembinaan Bahasa. Seminar diikuti oleh masyarakat dari berbagai kalangan seperti dosen, guru, karyawan, dan mahasiswa.

“Tema seminar yang kami ambil tahun ini adalah “Kurikulum 2013 Bahasa Indonesia sebagai Penghela Peradaban Bangsa dalam Percaturan Global”. Tema ini mengacu kepada permasalahan-permasalah yang ditimbulkan serta strategi yang perlu digunakan dalam pengajaran bahasa Indonesia menggunakan Kurikulum 2013,” tutur Tommy.

Pembelajaran Berbasis CLIL
Hal lain yang dibahas adalah problematika pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia Kurikulum 2013 di SMP yang dipandu oleh Dra Endang Siwi Ekowati MPd (Guru Inti pad Kurikulum 2013). Sedangkan pembicara ketiga Dr Agus Trianto MPd (Tim Inti Penyusun Kurikulum 2013) membahas tentang konsep dan implementasi bahasa Indonesia sebagai wahana pengetahuan berbasis Content Languange Integrated Learning (CLIL).

“CLIL merupakan merupakan pengajaran bahasa yang mengintegrasikan antara isi dan bahasa. Pengajaran berbasis CLIL berfokus pada makna bahasa daripada bentuk bahasa itu sendiri,” jelas Dr Agus.
