Kembangkan Instusi, Unimus Gandeng Unnes

Sebagaimana universitas lain, Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang (Unimus) juga ingin mengembangkan sayapnya selebar mungkin.

Untuk keperluan tersebut, Unimus dan Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) bersepakat menjalin kerja sama dalam rangka pengembangan kompetensi dan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia.

Kesepakatan itu diwujudkan dalam memorandum of understanding (MoU) yang ditandatangani Rektor Unnes Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum dan Rektor Unimus Prof Dr Masrukhi MPd, di rektorat kampus Sekaran Gunungpati.

Selain itu, juga membina hubungan kelembagaan kedua belah pihak dalam melaksanakan fungsi pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.

Hadir pada acara itu, Pembantu Rektor Bidang Akademik (PR I) Prof Rustono, PR IV Prof YL Sukestiyarno, dan Dekan di lingkungan Unnes. Dari pihak Unimus Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik (WR I) Dr Ir Nurrahman MSi, WR II Dr Sri Rejeki SKp MKep SpMat, WR III Dr Djoko Setyo Hartono SE MM SH MKn , Dekan, dan unsur pimpinan terkait.

Rekor Unimus Prof Masrukhi menilai, Unnes memiliki capaian luar biasa dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Untuk itu, banyak hal yang bisa ditimba dari Unnes dalam melaksanakan kerjasama yang dapat disinergikan dengan Unimus selain melaksanakan fungsi pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.

Hal yang sama juga disampaikan Rektor Unnes Prof Fathur Rokhman, semangat kerjasama yakni saling bantu membantu sesama perguruan tinggi. Komitmen Unnes dapat memberi kontribusi kepada berbagai pihak melalui semangat berbagi yang sejalan dengan visi universitas konservasi.
