“Kalau Cleaning Servicenya Ramah, Apalagi Rektornya”

Rektor Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) Prof Fathur Rokhman mengajak para petugas cleaning service menyambut tamu dengan penuh keramahan. Menurutnya, sikap ramah mereka menjadi bagian dari upaya meningkatkan layanan universitas. Cara itu sekaligus untuk membangun citra universitas sebagai Universitas Konservasi.

“Kalau cleaning servicenya saja ramah, para tamu akan berpikir apalagi rektornya,” kata Rektor.

Rektor menyampaikan hal itu saat makan siang bersama 108 tenaga kebersihan di taman Tugu Sutera Kampus Sekaran, Selasa (25/6) siang tadi. Tradisi yang diwariskan rektor sebelumnya (Prof Sudijono ) itu digunakan untuk mengikis jarak antara Rektor dan tenaga kebersihan. “Makan bersama seperti ini meneruskan tradisi Rektor lama Prof Sudijono Sastroatmodjo,” lanjutnya.

Bahkan, Rektor yang dilantik Mendikbud 5 Juni lalu itu sempat membagikan nomor telepon kepada mereka. Ini dilakukan agar silaturahmi pimpinan dengan tenaga kebersihan lebih dekat. “Silakan kirimkan SMS, berikan masukan kepada saya,” katanya.

Rektor didampingi Kepala BAUK Drs Anwar Haryono MPd, Manajer Unnes Press Heri Yanto MBA PhD, Ketua Badan Konservasi Unnes Dr Margareta Rahayuningsih, dan Ketua BPTIK Sugiyanto MSi.

  1. Siang tadi tgl 26 juni 2013 sekitar jam 11 merupakan kejadian yang paling mengecewakan dalam hidup saya. Saya sebagai alumni Unnes merasa sangat kecewa dengan oknum tukang parkir di FT Unnes. karena ketika saya parkir di tempat parkir lingkungan FT Unnes, selesai saya ngurus keperluan di FT Unnes, tiba-tiba motor saya udah g ada di tempat parkir. Tenyata motor saya dipindah di tempat yang g layak n dlm kondisi ban depan kempes, padahal motor posisi saya kunci setang. Saya tanyakan ke tukang parkir, ternyata memang sengaja pindah dan dikempesi karena katanya saya parkirnya salah, saya sempet bersitegang dengan oknum tukang parkir dan akhirnya sempet ditengahi oleh pihak pejabat FT unnes. apakah g ada cara yang lebih beretika lagi kepada tamu? kalau caranya seperti itu tamu yang ke FT Unnes bakalan kapok. Buat pelajaran oknum tersebut biar tahu diri, Sayapun td sempet kepikiran mau melaporkan oknum tukang parkir tersebut ke pihak berwajib dengan pasal pengrusakan dan percobaan pencurian tapi saya urungkan. semoga kejadian ini kedepannya g terulang lagi. terimakasih.

    yang sabar nas Thoriq Medianto, tidak semua tukang parkir di Unnes seperti itu, masih banyak yang baik dan ramah tamah. Alhamdulillah selama saya parkir di Unnes saya selalu dapat perlakuan yang baik dan sopan santun.

    Membaca komentar diatas, saya merasa seolah-olah Mas Thoriq ini seperti malaikat yang tak pernah salah. Seandainya semua berpikir jernih dan saling menyadari, tak perlu ada ban kempes atau parkir masuk got. Andai Mas Thoriq parkir di tempat yang benar, atau kalaupun salah parkir, andai tak ada pejalan kaki yang dirugikan karena kesalahan parkir Mas Thoriq, andai saja….. Waktu memang berharga, tapi semoga urusan Mas Thoriq dimudahkan dengan menunda sedikit saja waktu untuk menempatkan kendaraan di tempat yang sesuai. 🙂
