Jurusan PGSD Sabet 2 Juara di Temu Karya KSR

Jurusan Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan (FIP) Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes), meraih 2 juara dalam Temu Karya Korps Suka Rela (KSR) se-Kodya Semarang, 5-6 Mei 2012 di bumi perkemahan Karang Geneng Gunungpati Semarang.

Adapun kedua kejuaraan yang diraih, yaitu juara I debat terbuka dimenangi oleh Gharin Septian Pambayun dan Santi Lestari, sedangkan juara III lomba Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) didapat oleh Puspita Arum dan Desty Putri Hanifah yang mengusung Teknologi “Kompor Matahari”. Inovasi baru itu mampu menarik perhatian ratusan pengunjung yang memadati lokasi kejuaraan.

Selain kedua lomba itu ada pula kompetisi lain, yakni lomba deville, PP (pertolongan pertama), PK (perawatan keluarga), mading, dan paduan suara. Dari sekian banyak peserta temu karya KSR, Jurusan PGSD FIP Unnes adalah satu-satunya tim yang berasal dari tingkat jurusan.

Tim yang mengikuti ajang ini di antaranya KSR Undip, POLINES, Unnes (KSR Unnes Sekaran), USM, dan IAIN Wali Songo. Selain itu IKIP PGRI Semarang, UNISULA, POLTEKES, STIKES Karya Husada, dan KSR Markas Kota. Dengan hasil yang telah diraih, kiprah KSR Unnes melalui Jurusan PGSD FIP semakin dikenal PMI dan masyarakat kota Semarang.

    Input PGSD banyak yang hebat. Ke depan, mereka inilah yang akan membangun bangsa. Sayang sekali bila Bupati/Walikota/BKD/Dinas Pendidikan tidak mengutamakan mereka semacam ini untuk diangkat menjadi guru di daerah.
