Jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Gelar Kuliah Umum Keprotokolan

Sebanyak 122 mahasiswa Jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia mengikuti Kuliah Umum Keprotokolan yang diselenggarakan di ruang B1 106 FBS (3/6).

Acara yang diselenggakan oleh Jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia berkerja dengan UPT Pusat Humas Universitas Negri Semarang dalam rangka perkuliahan Mata Kuliah Kepewaraan yang diampu oleh dosen Wati Istanti SPd MPd dan Muhamad Burhanudin SS MA. Acara ini dibuka oleh Ketua Jurusan Dr Haryadi MPd.

Dr Haryadi MPd menyampaiakan ucapan terima kasih kepada dosen pengampu mata kuliah Kepewaraan Wati Istanti dan Muhamad Burhanudin yang telah menyelenggarakan acara kuliah umum ini. “Saya berharap acara seperti ini terus berlanjut untuk menambah wawasan dan dan ilmu tentang kepewaraan. Karena kepewaraan juga ada kaitannya dengan Kehumasan. Apalagi kehumasan merupakan lingkup yang sangat luas. Namun yang prinsipnya adalah acara ini benar-benar dicermati, dihayati, dan yang terpenting adalah pengamalan ilmu yang didapat” Ujar Ketua Jurusan.

Dosen pengampu Mata Kuliah Kepewaraan, Wati Istanti berharap acara ini sebagai upaya untuk memantapkan mahasiswa dalam mengaplikasikan ilmu yang telah didapat selama perkuliahan satu semester ini. Karena dalam Kepewaraan tidak hanya dituntut bisa berbicara sebagai MC (Master of Ceremonies) namun juga harus tahu benar teknis acara yang sedang dibawakan.

Dalam Kuliah Umum ini Kepala Sub Bagian Hubungan Masyarakat Unnes, Ratih Widyastuti SPsi menyampaikan “Bahwa keprotokolan merupakan kegiatan kenegaraan atau acara resmi yang meliputi tata tempat, tata upacara, dan tata penghormatan sebagai bentuk nguwongake (penghormatan) kepada seseorang sesuai dengan jabatan atau kedudukannya dalam negara, pemerintahan, atau masyarakat.”

Pembicara kedua Rina Sari Madyaningtyas mejelaskan teknis acara yang pernah dilaksanakan di Universitas Negeri Semarang seperti acara Dies Natalis Unnes 2016 yang menggundang Presiden Republik Indonesia Ke-6 Prof Dr H Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. “Dalam acara Dies Natalis Unnes tahun ini, menggundang Presiden RI Ke-6 Prof. Dr. H. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. Persiapan yang dilakukan merupakan tugas Protokol, mulai dari penyambutan, mobil penjemputan, hidangan, tempat duduk, bahkan sampai bacaan dalam mobil dan tisu yang harus ada di dalam mobil penjemputan tamu. Jadi, tugas protokol selain kordinasi juga harus detail dan rinci.”
