Judul Penelitian Harus Memikat

Kerangka berpikir sebuah penelitian dimulai dengan masalah, namun untuk kepentingan administratif, mulailah dengan judul.

Judul penelitian yang layak adalah formulasi yang ekspresif dinyatakan dengan jelas, padat, berisi tentang permasalahan serta ruang penelitian yang bersangkutan, berkesan ekonomis terhadap penggunaan kata, namun gambaran variabel terlihat.

“Judul adalah jendela penelitian,” ungkap Prof Maman Rachman saat menjadi pemateri pada Lokakarya Penerbitan Jurnal Lembaran Ilmu Kependidikan (LIK) di Gedung D6 Lantai III Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Negeri Semarang (FMIPA Unnes) kampus Sekaran Gunungpati, Rabu (25/10)

Menurutnya, penelitian adalah cara ilmiah menjawab persoalan-persoalan yang dihadapi manusia untuk menemukan kebenaran secara terkendali dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara ilmiah. Berbeda dengan pencarian kebenaran yang ditemukan dengan cara non-ilmiah. “Kendatipun cara non-ilmiah dapat menemukan kebenaran, penemuan itu sulit dipertanggungjawabkan dan diverifikasi,” ungkapnya.

Pemateri kedua Ahmad Sofwan PhD berpendapat, untuk menjamin kelangsungan hidup jurnal dengan naskah bermutu, hendaknya jurnal memiliki bank naskah yang sudah lama tersedia. “Namun naskah yang masuk biasanya tidak sempurna sehingga perlu dimatangkan,” katanya.

Ketua Panitia Dr Priyantini Widiyaningrum mengatakan, pemateri lainnya Dr Sutikno, Dr Dyah Rini Indriyanti, Moh Yasir Alimi PhD, dan Widiyanto MPd.

“Kegiatan yang diikuti peneliti, akademisi, pengambil kebijakan, dan praktisi dalam bidang pendidikan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru, dosen, ataupun peneliti dalam menulis artikel jurnal bidang pendidikan yang semakin berkembang,” katanya seraya mengingatkan, kegiatan ini akan diselenggarakan hingga 26 Oktober 2012.

    Mari kita hiduplestarikan jurnal yang ada,minimal jurnal jurusan masing-masing, pengelolanya harus gila….siap bekerja keras tanpa dibayar….
