Isu Global Pendidikan dan AI, FIPP UNNES Gelar Forum Internasional

Beragam isu strategis mengenai pendidikan dan psikologi global mengemuka dalam International Seminar yang menjadi bagian dari FIPP International Forum 2026. Kegiatan ini berlangsung khidmat di Hall Dekanat Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi (FIPP), Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), pada Kamis, 19 Februari 2026.

Seminar internasional tersebut membahas persoalan adaptasi mahasiswa asing di tengah budaya Jawa, ketahanan pendidikan dalam pusaran krisis politik, hingga fenomena “illusion of understanding” akibat pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Dekan FIPP UNNES, Prof. Dr. Edy Purwanto, M.Si., menegaskan bahwa forum internasional ini merupakan wujud komitmen UNNES sebagai pelopor keunggulan pendidikan bereputasi global. Menurutnya, kolaborasi internasional melalui pertukaran mahasiswa dan pertemuan akademik lintas negara menjadi upaya untuk terus memperluas wawasan mahasiswa.

“International collaboration through student exchanges and cross-border academic meetings is our endeavor to continue expanding students’ horizons,” ujarnya.

Seminar ini menghadirkan perspektif dari Kyrgyzstan, Myanmar, Gambia, dan Indonesia. Salah satu isu utama yang mengemuka adalah ketahanan para pelaku pendidikan dalam menghadapi berbagai keterbatasan.

Mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Konseling FIPP UNNES, Jenyes Intan Sururoh, menyoroti resiliensi guru bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Dalam penelitiannya, ia menekankan bahwa inovasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling kerap lahir bukan dari instruksi formal, melainkan dari “professional agency” guru yang sigap bergerak di tengah keterbatasan fasilitas untuk menjawab kebutuhan emosional siswa yang semakin kompleks.

Isu ketahanan pendidikan juga disampaikan Hsu Nandar Myint, mahasiswa Magister Pengembangan Kurikulum asal Myanmar. Ia membagikan kisah transformasi kurikulum di negaranya pascakrisis politik 2021. Pemanfaatan modul cetak dan radio pendidikan menjadi bukti bahwa ketika teknologi tinggi lumpuh, kreativitas komunitas tetap mampu menjaga nyala pembelajaran.

Dari perspektif adaptasi lintas budaya, Nurtilek Kadyrov, mahasiswa doktoral UNNES asal Kyrgyzstan, merefleksikan pengalaman 11 tahunnya di Indonesia melalui lensa Cultural Intelligence. Baginya, beradaptasi di Jawa tidak hanya soal kefasihan bahasa, tetapi juga seni negosiasi psikologis.

Cultural intelligence is the key to transforming walls of difference into bridges of collaboration,” ungkap peraih Indonesian Handai Festival 2023 tersebut.

Sementara itu, mahasiswa Program Studi Psikologi, Shelma Rania Putri Nugroho, mengangkat isu perempuan dengan status NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). Ia mengurai bagaimana norma gender kerap menjadi hambatan yang membatasi efikasi diri perempuan.

Mahasiswa UIN Salatiga asal Gambia, Mafu Ceesay, turut menekankan pentingnya literasi data dan coding sebagai “bahasa ibu” baru dalam logika pendidikan abad ke-21.

Di sisi lain, forum ini juga memberikan peringatan serius terkait penggunaan AI. Annisa Denti Papita, mahasiswa Hukum Ekonomi Syariah, menyoroti fenomena Illusion of Understanding akibat kemudahan akses AI.

Ia juga mengingatkan bahwa kemudahan tersebut dapat menciptakan rasa pemahaman semu yang berpotensi mengikis kedalaman analisis kritis dan integritas intelektual mahasiswa apabila tidak disikapi secara bijak.

Melalui seminar internasional ini, FIPP UNNES menegaskan perannya dalam mendukung Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs), khususnya pendidikan inklusif dan kesetaraan gender, dengan memastikan diskursus akademik tetap berpijak pada realitas kemanusiaan di tengah derasnya arus teknologi masa depan.

Diharapkan, forum ini mampu memperkuat kolaborasi global dan melahirkan gagasan transformatif bagi kemajuan pendidikan dan psikologi yang berdaya saing serta berintegritas.
