Internasional Webinar, Rektor UNNES Sampaikan Peran Strategis Indonesia Membangun Persahabatan International

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menyelenggarakan International Webinar dengan tema Redefining Democracy and State Patriotism for Peace Muslims World yang diselanggarakan secara Daring dan Luring terbatas dengan protokol kesehatan.

Internasional webinar ini menghadirkan narasumber Ambassador Extraordinary And Plenipotentiary of Republic Indonesia to The Kingdom of Morocco HE Hasrul Azwar, Ambassador of The Kingdom of Morocco to The Republic of Indonesia HE Ouadia Benabdellah, President of The International Academic Centre of Sufi and Aesthetic Studies of Indonesia Syeikh Dr Aziz El Kobaithi Idrisi Hasan dengan siaran langsung dari Morocco.

Dalam kesempatan ini, HE Hasrul Anwar menyampaikan materi The Role of Education for Democratic, Patriotic, and Peaceful Muslim Community, HE Ouadia Benabdellah menyampaikan materi Kingdom of Morocco : Evolving Democracy and Promoting Peaceful World dan Syeikh Dr Aziz El Kobaithi Idrisi Hasan menyampaikan materi terkait The Inter- Link between Indonesia and Morocco and its contribution in Spreading Peace Globally serta Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman menyampaikan materi Moderasi Pendidikan Agama melalui Pendidikan Multikultural Berorientasi Nasionalisme dan Cinta Tanah Air.

Dalam paparannya, Rektor UNNES menyampaikan International webinar yang diadakan UNNES bersama Kedutaan Maroko menjadi ikhtiar kolektif dua bangsa yaitu Indonesia dan Maroko untuk menjalin hubungan keilmuan secara harmonis demi terciptanya masyarakat yang damai dalam lingkungan negara-negara Muslim di dunia.

“Alhamdulillahirobil alamin pada hari ini kita bisa kembali bertemu dalm seminar internasional bertema “Redefining Democracy and State Patriotism fo Peacefull Muslim Word”. Acara ini sungguh membanggakan dan membahagiakan hati saya pribadi, warga Universitas Negeri Semarang, juga masyarakat Indonesia pada umumya,” ucap Prof Fathur Rokhman.

Rektor menjelaskan, sebagai negara dengan penduduk Muslim terbesar di dunia Indonesia memiliki peran strategis dalam mengembangkan persahabatan internasional di antara negara-negara Muslim dunia.

Prof Fathur menambahkan, masyarakat dunia saat ini sedang mengalami pergulatan besar yang terjadi karena seluruh warga dunia menghadapi perubahan disrupsi, bangsa-bangsa di dunia sedang diliputi kekhawatiran tentang bangkitnya kekuatan ultranasional yang dikhawatirkan merusak sendi persahabatan antarbangsa.

Prof Fathur menyampaikan, dunia juga sedang mengalami konfigurasi kekuatan baru, khususnya dalam bidang ekonomi dan politik, dan adanya ancaman paham radikal juga belum sepenuhnya hilang setelah hancurnya ISIS.

“Situasi global tersebut juga berimbas dalam kehidupan masyarakat Muslim di Indonesia. Sesungguhnya kami sebagai sebuah negara bangsa telah memiliki fondasi yang amat kuat yaitu Pancasila. Pancasila adalah fondasi kukuh yang membuat bangsa Indonesia berdiri kukuh, tangguh menghadapi aneka tantangan,” jelas Prof Fathur.

Prof Fathur menambahkan, Pancasila merupakan warisan yang tak ternilai harganya yang diberikan para pendiri bangsa Indonesia ini, termasuk para ulama, para habaib, para kiai, dan tokoh nasional dan agama lain. Dengan Pancasila bangsa Indonesia memiliki visi yang jelas dalam menyikapi gejolak internal dan eksternal.

“Dengan Pancasila dan semboyan “Bhinneka Tunggal Ika” bangsa Indonesia mampu mengelola perbedaan secara harmonis, menjadikan perbedaan tersebut sebagai berkah dari Tuhan Yang Maha Esa,” jelasnya.

Lebih lanjut, tantangan global dan nasional tersebut perlu disikapi dengan meningkatkan kerja sama sesama negara Muslim dengan arif.

“Kita perlu meningkatkan kerja sama di berbagai bidang sehingga dapat menguatkan satu sama lain. Sebab menurut pandangan saya, persahabatan sesama negara Muslim merupakan persahabatan yang esensial, karena tidak hanya diikat oleh kepentingan sesaat, melainkan diikat oleh keyakinan yang berdimensi dunia dan akhirat,” pungkas Rektor UNNES.

Hadir secara Luring dan Daring dalam webinar ini, para Kiai dan Alim Ulama Jawa Tengah, para pimpinan perguruan tinggi, dan segenap civitas akademika UNNES.
