Ingin Jadi Wirausahawan? Lakukan Beberapa Hal Ini…

Orang yang sukses tak punya alasan untuk menyerah, sedangkan orang gagal selalu mencari alasan untuk berhenti berusaha. Maka, kenalilah diri pribadi karena sesungguhnya semua mempunyai kemampuan, bakat, potensi, dan berhak untuk memilih.

Hal itu ditandaskan ahli sumber daya manusia Abdul Aziz MPSi, saat menjadi narasumber pembekalan calon wisudawan Unnes dengan tema “Integritas Diri dalam Memasuki Dunia Kerja di Era Global”, Rabu (19/2), di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Semarang kampus Sekaran.

Dia mengatakan, menjadi seorang wirausahawan harus percaya diri, berorientasi pada prestasi, berani mengambil risiko. “Wirausahawan juga melatih diri untuk berjiwa independen, kreatif, inovatif, ulet, tekun, dan penuh kemauan,” katanya.

Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan Pusat Pengembangan Layanan Konseling dan Bursa Kerja (PPLK dan BK) Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Profesi (LP3) Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) ini diikuti 175 calon wisudawan.

Abdul Aziz kemudian mencontohkan satu usaha yang sangat mungkin dikembangkan di sekitaran kampus Sekaran. Nasi kucing, misalkan, jangan dipandang sebelah mata. Jika dijalani sungguh-sungguh, kita bisa meraup untung yang tidak sedikit. “Misalkan satu angkringan tiap bulan menghasilkan laba Rp 2 juta, jika membuka 10 angkringan berapa laba per bulan?” kata dia.

Namun,dirinya mengakui jika tak banyak sarjana yang mau terjun ke dunia kewirausahaan. “Biasanya para lulusan itu maunya menjadi pegawai negeri,” ujarnya. Abdul lalu memaparkan hasil temuan survei. “Pada 2008, sarjana menganggur berjumlah 740.000 orang, setahun kemudian meningkat menjadi 900.000 orang. Ini menunjukkan bahwa masih minimnya seorang sarjana yang terjun ke dunia kewirausahaan.”

Narasumber lain adalah Lucia Trisni MPSi, dosen psikologi Unika, dan Anna Undarwati MA, dosen Jurusan Psikologi Unnes yang memberi materi pembentukan integritas diri.

Ketua LP3 Unnes Bambang Budi Rahardjo MSi menyampaikan, adalah hal yang terlambat jika seseorang mencari pekerjaan ketika lulus kuliah. “Lebih bagus ketika masih kuliah sudah merintis,” katanya.

Rintisan itu bisa dilakukan saat melakukan praktik kerja lapangan (PKL) di perusahaan dan instansi. “Untuk itu, perbanyaklah belajar dan praktik ketika duduk di bangku perkuliahan.”
