Ikuti Monev Pengelolaan JDIH, JDIH UNNES Perkuat Komitmen Keterbukaan Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) kembali menunjukkan komitmennya dalam meningkatkan keterbukaan informasi dan dokumentasi hukum melalui partisipasinya dalam Monitoring dan Evaluasi (Monev) Pengelolaan Jaringan Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum (JDIH). Kegiatan yang bertempat di Gedung H Rektorat Kampus UNNES pada Rabu (19/03/2025) ini bertujuan untuk memastikan pengelolaan informasi hukum yang transparan, akuntabel, dan dapat diakses oleh masyarakat luas.

Monev yang diselenggarakan oleh Biro Hukum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah selaku Pusat JDIH di Provinsi Jawa Tengah ini diikuti oleh berbagai instansi di Jawa Tengah, termasuk perguruan tinggi yang memiliki peran penting dalam menyediakan informasi hukum yang valid dan terperinci. Tim Pemonev dari Pusat JDIH di Provinsi Jawa Tengah terdiri dari Rilis Tantrias, Asiyah Hesti, dan Bayu Agusta.

Perwakilan Tim Pemonev, Rilis Tantrias, menyebut penilaian sebagai JDIH terbaik tingkat Provinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2025 berbeda dengan tahun sebelumnya. “Jadi tahun ini pelaporan akan tetap menggunakan e-reporting, namun penilaian tidak hanya akan dilakukan oleh Biro Hukum Setda Provinsi Jawa Tegah saja, tetapi juga Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum Jawa Tengah,” ungkapnya.

Sementara itu, Kepala Kantor Hukum sekaligus Ketua Tim Pengelola JDIH UNNES, Dr. Cahya Wulandari, M.Hum., menjelaskan bahwa UNNES berkomitmen untuk terus mengembangkan sistem dokumentasi dan informasi hukum yang memadai demi mendukung terciptanya tata kelola perguruan tinggi yang baik. “Melalui partisipasi JDIH UNNES dalam Monev ini, kami berharap dapat semakin menguatkan kapasitas dan kapabilitas organisasi dalam menyediakan informasi hukum yang mudah diakses oleh civitas akademika dan masyarakat, serta mendukung transparansi dan akuntabilitas publik,” ujar Dosen Fakultas Hukum itu.

Sebagai bagian dari institusi yang berkomitmen pada prinsip tata kelola perguruan tinggi yang baik, UNNES terus berusaha memperbaiki sistem layanan informasi hukum, memastikan bahwa seluruh dokumen dan regulasi yang ada dapat diakses dengan mudah dan transparan. Ke depan, UNNES akan terus meningkatkan sistem dan kualitas informasi hukum melalui peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia serta inovasi lanjutan dengan pemanfaatan teknologi terbaru. Melalui Monev ini, JDIH UNNES semakin memperkuat perannya sebagai pusat informasi hukum yang transparan, sehingga dapat membantu masyarakat, khususnya mahasiswa dan dosen dalam memahami berbagai regulasi dan kebijakan.
