Hari Ini Rektor UNNES Mengawali Perkuliahan Tatap Muka dengan Model Hybrid

Rektor Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum menyampaikan, pada hari ini UNNES memulai Perkuliahan Tatap Muka (PTM) di tengah New Normal dengan menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Hybrid, Senin (18/10).

Prof Fathur mengatakan, PTM baru bisa digelar setelah status Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) di Kota Semarang turun ke level 2.

“Alhamdulillah dengan adanya surat edaran dari Mendikbudristek nomor 4, tanggal 13 September tahun 2021 dan level PPKM telah turun, UNNES bisa menggelar perkuliahan tatap muka dengan model pembelajaran Hybrid,” ucap Prof Fathur.

Prof Fathur menjelaskan, perkuliahan tatap muka terbatas yang sedang dilaksanakan telah melewati mekanisme 3 tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan pemantauan.

“Pada tahap awal, UNNES berkoordinasi dengan satgas COVID-19 setempat, testing dan tracing berkala, lulus vaksinasi, dan menerapkan protokol kesehatan ketat. Selanjutnya UNNES mendapatkan rekomendasi dari satgas covid-19 Kota Semarang” tutur Rektor UNNES.

UNNES melalui UPT TIK telah menyiapkan IT untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran Hybrid dengan mengutamakan kesehatan.

Model pembelajaran Hybrid di UNNES menjadi ruang terbuka merdeka belajar. Mahasiswa dipersilahkan memilih perkuliahan secara Daring atau Luring. Peserta perkuliahan luring harus menerapkan protokol yang ketat.

Lebih Lanjut Prof Fathur Rokhman menyampaikan UNNES mengembangkan digital smart kampus. Dengan pengembangan ini UNNES dapat menjadi kampus merdeka dengan digital smart kampus yang bereputasi international.

“Digital smart kampus mengembangkan Teknologi informasi untuk kemaslahatan kemanusiaan. Untuk itu teknologi terus dikembangkan dan disosialisasikan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital, membangun budaya IT yang cerdas, dan bijak beretika dalam bermedia sosial,” ujarnya.

Prof Fathur berharap dengan digelarnya kembali PTM dapat meningkatkan kualitas serta semangat mahasiswa untuk belajar.

Kepala UPT TIK UNNES Mona Subagya menyampaikan jumlah rombel yang ikut PTM sebanyak 185 Rombel dengan menyiapkan Ruang kelas Hybrid.

Sebelum pelaksanakan PTM dilakukan monitoring oleh tim satgas covid UNNES yang dipimpin oleh Dr dr Yuni.

Monitoring dilakukan guna mengecek kesiapan PTM yang meliputi prokes yang harus diterapkan, sterilisasi runag sebelum perkuliahan, SOP PTM, pemakaian masker, pelaksanaan cuci tangan, pengukuran suhu tubuh, jumlah peserta, durasi PTM, pengaturan jarak tempat duduk, pemasangan poster.

Sarana prasarana yang disiapkan diantaranya alat desinfeksi ruangan, sarana cuci tangan, air, sabun, tisu, handsanitazer, masker cadangan, ruang isolasi. Hasil monitoring semua fakultas, pascasarjana, rumah ilmu sudah menyiapkan prokes, sarana prasarana untuk mendukung PTM dengan baik, terang Ketua Satgas Covid-19 UNNES.
