Ganjar: Penerima Anugerah Prasidatama Sudah Tepat

Gubernur Jawa Tengah Ganjar Pranowo SH mengapresiasi penganugerahan Penghargaan Prasidatama oleh Balai Bahasa Jawa Tengah. Menurutnya, penghargaan sudah diberikan kepada tokoh yang tepat, yakni merka yang berjasa dalam pengembangan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia dan Jawa.

“Tidak salah pilih, mereka adalah orang-orang yang berkompeten dalam bidang bahasa dan sastra,” kata Ganjar, Senin (3/11) di Dekanat Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni (FBS) Unnes.

Dia mengatakan, pemberian anugerah menjadi hal yang penting sebagai wujud apresiasi. “Kita harus menghargai jasa mereka dalam pengembangan bahasa dan sastra Indonesia dan Jawa di Jawa Tengah,” ujarnya.

Para Penerima Penghargaan

Untuk kategori Tokoh Bahasa Jawa, penghargaan diberikan kepada, Drs HMardiyanto (mantan Gubernur Jateng), Bambang Sadono (anggota DPD RI), dan Hadi Supeno (Wabup Banjarnegara).

Untuk kategori Tokoh Bahasa Indonesia diberikan kepada Prof Liek Wilardjo (Guru Besar UKSW Salatiga), Prof Gunarto (Guru Besar Unissula), dan Amir Machmud NS (Pemred Suara Merdeka)

Kategori Tokoh Sastra Jawa diberikan kepada Turiyo Ragil Putro, Agustinus Mulyono Widyotomo, dan Widyo ”Babahe” Leksono.

Kategori Tokoh Sastra Indonesia diberikan kepada Ahmad Tohari, Dorothea Rosa Herliany, dan Afifah Afra Amatullah.

Adapun kategori Pegiat Bahasa dan Sastra di Jawa Tengah diberikan kepada Prof Soetomo WE (Ketua Yayasan Studi Bahasa Jawa Kanthil), Thomas Budi Santoso (Direktur PT Djarum), dan Heri Candra Santosa (Pegiat Komunitas Lereng Medini, Boja).

Lebih Baik dan Semakin Baik

Kepala Balai Bahasa Jawa Tengah, Pardi Suratno mengatakan, kata Prasidatama berasal dari kata bahasa Jawa kuno yang artinya lebih baik atau semakin baik. Tim telah melakukan seleksi ketat terhadap semua nominasi yang dinilai layak menerima anugerah.

Diharapkan, penerima penghargaan dapat terus berkarya semakin baik dan karya mereka mampu memberi pencerahan, pemikiran sehingga memiliki manfaat bagi pembangunan Jawa Tengah secara konperhensip.

“Berbekal semangat untuk memberi penghargaan kepada putra terbaik Jawa Tengah, semoga hal ini dapat menginspirasi kita semua untuk berbuat lebih baik,” kata Pardi.

Rektor Unnes Prof Fathur Rokhman dalam kesempatan yang sama mengatakan, Unnes selalu memberi wadah bagi pengembangan keilmuan. “Bahasa sebagai produk kebudayaan harus senantiasa kita rawat sebagai cermin jati diri,” ujar Prof Fathur.

Dia menilai, bahasa merupakan komponen penting dalam pengembangan karakter masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, masyarakat dan pemerintah perlu memberi perhatian terhadap bahasa.

    Congratulation bagi para peraih penghargaan, dan selamat bagi Unnes sebagai prakarsa. Saya amini sambutan dari para pemimpin kita tersebut. Bahasa yang baik, akan mencerminkan pola pikir yang baik. Bahasa yang baik hanya akan berhasil diraih jika kita terbiasa membaca buku dengan tata bahasa yang berkualitas tinggi secara akademik.
