Gubernur Akmil-Rektor Unnes Tandatangani MoU

Gubernur Akademi Militer (Akmil) Mayjen TNI Bachtiar SIP MAP dan Rektor Unnes Prof Dr Sudijono Sastroatmodjo MSi menandatangani nota kesepahaman (memorandum of understanding/MoU), Selasa (29/5), di Akmil Magelang.

Nota kesepahaman meliputi komitmen untuk bekerja sama dalam pengembangan tridarma perguruan tinggi, pendidikan dan pelatihan, seni budaya, olah raga, dan pengembangan teknologi informasi.

Dalam sambutannya, Gubernur Akmil mengemukakan, yang dibutuhkan saat ini adalah pemimpin yang berkarakter dan berwawasan kebangsaan. “Perguruan tinggi memiliki tanggung jawab untuk turut mewujudkan itu. Jangan sampai belajar ke luar negeri aras-arasen pulang, kalaupun pulang, nganeh-anehi,” katanya.

Dari  sisi afektif, terutama cinta tanah air dan bela negara, lanjut Gubernur Akmil, lembaga yang dipimpinnya semestinya unggul dibandingkan dengan lembaga pendidikan tinggi lainnya. “Kami berharap kerja sama ini 

Pada bagian lain, Rektor Unnes Prof Sudijono mengatakan, penandatanganan ini tidak akan berarti jika tidak diikuti dengan tindakan nyata. “Namun kami yakin, dengan kedekatan secara personal, tindakan nyata itu pasti akan terwujud. Apalagi sebelumnya sudah ada rintisan kerja sama,” katanya.

Karena itu, Rektor berharap penandatanganan MoU akan berdampak positif  dengan peningkatan dalam berbagai hal.
