Genjot Akselerasi Program, Direktorat Sistem Informasi dan Humas UNNES Gelar Rapat Kerja

Direktorat Sistem Informasi dan Humas Universitas Negeri Semarang (DSIH UNNES) menggelar Rapat Kerja (Raker) dalam rangka mendukung akselerasi program kerja, Kamis (1/2/2024). Raker tersebut bertujuan untuk memperkuat koordinasi, evaluasi, serta penyusunan strategi implementasi program kerja ke depan.

Raker yang berlangsung di Hotel Atria Magelang ini menjadi forum penting bagi Direktorat Sistem Informasi dan Humas untuk menyamakan tujuan, serta mendiskusikan langkah-langkah strategis dalam mendukung pencapaian visi dan misi UNNES.

Salah satu agenda penting dalam raker tersebut adalah pembahasan capaian dan evaluasi kinerja serta penyusunan rencana aksi untuk mengoptimalkan pelayanan sistem informasi dan kehumasan. DSIH UNNES berkomitmen untuk terus menghadirkan inovasi layanan terkait sistem informasi dan kehumasan guna memperkuat citra positif UNNES di mata masyarakat.

Direktur pada Direktorat Sistem Informasi dan Humas, Mona Subagja, S.Pd., M.Kom. berharap, raker tersebut dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang tantangan dan peluang yang ada.

“Langkah-langkah strategis yang dihasilkan dari rapat ini akan menjadi landasan bagi kami dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelaksanaan program kerja ke depan,” ungkapnya.

Dalam sambutannya, Rektor UNNES, Prof. Dr. S Martono, M.Si. menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi dan sinergi antar direktorat di UNNES untuk mencapai keberhasilan bersama.

Guru besar FEB UNNES itu juga menyoroti pentingnya integrasi teknologi informasi dalam mendukung berbagai aspek kehidupan kampus. Ia menegaskan bahwa inovasi dalam sistem informasi tidak hanya mempercepat proses internal tetapi juga menciptakan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi mahasiswa dan semua pihak yang terkait.

“Dengan kemajuan teknologi, kita harus terus beradaptasi dan memanfaatkannya sebaik mungkin. Sistem informasi yang handal akan membantu efisiensi administrasi, pembelajaran, dan interaksi dengan stakeholders,” tambahnya.

Rapat kerja ini menjadi wadah bagi para pegawai untuk menyampaikan ide-ide konstruktif yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Dengan semangat kolaboratif, Direktorat Sistem Informasi dan Humas UNNES diharapkan menjadi garda terdepan dalam menyediakan informasi yang akurat, cepat, dan terpercaya.

Kegiatan ditutup dengan penyerahan buku “An Ultimate Guide: How to Get into UNNES” dari Direktur DSIH kepada Rektor UNNES. Manual book tersebut menjadi salah satu media promosi UNNES yang berisi informasi tentang proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru, program studi yang tersedia, fasilitas kampus, dan berbagai keunggulan lainnya yang dimiliki UNNES.
