Gelar Sosialisasi Pengelolaan Dana PTNBH, UNNES Perkuat Kualitas Tata Kelola Keuangan

Sebagai langkah konkret dalam meningkatkan tata kelola keuangan dan mengedepankan transparansi serta akuntabilitas, Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menggelar Sosialisasi Pengelolaan Dana Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Hukum (PTNBH) gelombang 2, Selasa (1/8/2023). UNNES berkomitmen penuh dalam menjaga integritas dan profesionalisme pengelolaan dana lembaga, serta untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia.

Kegiatan ini merupakan sosialisasi kedua dan merupakan lanjutan dari kegiatan sebelumnya yang telah terselenggara pada Selasa (25/7/2023), dengan lingkup peserta berasal dari direktorat, satuan, badan, maupun kantor di lingkungan UNNES.

Direktur Perencanaan dan Keuangan, Junjung Sugiyat, S.IP. berharap sosialisasi dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan ilmu baru terkait pengelolaan dana kepada para peserta.

“Bapak/Ibu peserta harus mengetahui tentang hal ini, karena bertindak sebagai pemilik program dan layanan. Baik itu kegiatan rutin maupun kegiatan pengembangan.  Bagaimana mencapai kegiatan yang baik dan berdampak postif bagi UNNES,” ungkapnya.

Melalui sosialisasi pengelolaan dana yang berfokus pada transparansi dan akuntabilitas ini, imbuhnya, UNNES telah menegaskan komitmennya untuk terus berada di garis depan dalam memberikan pendidikan yang berkualitas tinggi, menjunjung tinggi etika, serta menerapkan praktik tata kelola yang baik untuk keberlanjutan dan kemajuan dunia pendidikan.

Materi-materi yang disampaikan dalam sosialisasi ini meliputi Peraturan Rektor No. 55 Th 2022 tentang Pengelolaan Dana PTNBH; Sistem dan Prosedur Administrasi Keuangan Pengelolaan Penerimaan Pendapatan Kerjasama, Penelitian, dan Pengabdian; Sistem dan Prosedur Perencanaan dan Akuntansi; dan Sistem dan Prosedur Pencairan serta Pertanggungjawaban Keuangan.

Sosialisasi diharapkan memberikan peningkatan pemahaman dan persepsi yang sama bagi para peserta yang terkait di bidang pengelolaan keuangan, sehingga pengelolaan keuangan di UNNES terlaksana secara transparan, efisien, efektif, dan akuntabel. Kegiatan juga diharapkan menjadi wadah bagi para peserta untuk berdiskusi dan bertukar informasi terkait dengan pengelolaan dana PTNBH.

Semangat untuk terus berinovasi dan memperkuat tata kelola keuangan diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi kemajuan UNNES ke depan. Kualitas pendidikan dan lingkungan akademik yang berkualitas dapat terwujud melalui upaya bersama dalam mengoptimalkan pengelolaan dana PTNBH secara efisien, akuntabel, dan bertanggung jawab.
