Gelar Rapat Kerja Pimpinan, UNNES Siapkan Sumberdaya Unggul Menyongsong PTNBH

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menggelar rapat kerja pimpinan, Rabu (27/7). Rapat kerja yang dijadwalkan selama 3 hari, Rabu-Jumat 27-29 Juli 2022 menghadirkan Direktur Sumber Daya Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi Kemendikbudristek Dr Mohammad Sofwan Effendi MEd.

Diikuti oleh seluruh pimpinan UNNES, Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum dalam arahannya menyampaikan untuk menyongsong UNNES menjadi Perguruan Tinggi Badan Hukum (PTNBH) tahun 2022, kompetensi Sumber Daya yang harus ditingkatkan untuk kemajuan UNNES kedepan menjadi World class University.

Menurut Prof Fathur, meningkatkan kompetensi Sumber Daya, merupakan upaya UNNES untuk membangun ekosistem yang adaptif dalam menghasilkan SDM unggul dan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman.

Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut Prof Fathur Rokhman mengatakan UNNES memacu ekosistem Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) sebagai bagian dari komitmen UNNES mensukseskan Indonesia Emas.

Selain itu, Prof Fathur Rokhman, UNNES terus melakukan efisiensi, optimasi sumber daya, dan penguatan kelembagaan yang bermuara pada tercapainya IKU.

“Untuk itu, kami berharap hari ini mendapatkan arahan dari Pak Direktur Sumberdaya untuk UNNES kedepannya. UNNES berkomitmen akan selalu melakukan transformasi, adaptasi, inovasi untik meningkatkan kualitas mahasiswa, dosen, dan output pembelajaran sesuai dengan IKU yang ditetapkan,” jelas Rektor UNNES.

Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Dr Mohammad Sofwan Effendi MEd mengatakan dengan berbagai macam prestasi yang di raih UNNES, menjadi modal UNNES dalam perubahan PTN BH.

Selain prestasi, Dr Mohammad Sofwan Effendi MEd menyampaikan modal penting menjadi PTNBH yakni Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM).

Menurut Direktur Sumber Daya Dr Mohammad Sofwan Effendi, hasil utama perguruan tinggi adalah SDM. Untuk itu, UNNES diharapkan melakukan pengembangan kompetensi SDM serta melakukan uji kompetensi terhadap SDM yang ada khususnya Tendik dan dosen.

“Pemerintah mulai tahun ini, menyediakan banyak beasiswa untuk dosen termasuk untuk Tendik sebagai langkah pengembangan karirnya. Karena pegelolaan SDM, terutama yang non-PNS akan diserahkan sepenuhnya kepada UNNES,” lanjutnya.

“Hampir universitas yang maju berasal dari SDM yang kuat. Untuk itu saya harapkan UNNES seperti yang nantinya akan lahir inovasi inovasi yang dapat membanggakan,” pungkasnya.
