Gelar IC-CONSIST 2025, FH UNNES Dorong Forum Internasional Gagas Reformasi Hukum

Fakultas Hukum Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) kembali menunjukkan kiprah globalnya melalui penyelenggaraan The 3rd International Conference on Law, Conservation, and Sustainable Development (IC-CONSIST) 2025. Konferensi yang berlangsung pada Selasa hingga Rabu (24–25/06/2025) di Gedung Serba Guna (GSG) Lantai 3 Fakultas Hukum ini menjadi forum penting dalam merumuskan gagasan reformasi hukum yang berkelanjutan dalam menyongsong visi Indonesia Emas 2045.

Konferensi dibuka secara resmi oleh Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan UNNES, Prof. Dr. Zaenuri, M.Si., Akt. dan turut dihadiri oleh Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara RI, Prof. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh. Dalam sambutannya, Prof. Zaenuri menegaskan peran penting perguruan tinggi sebagai katalisator perubahan sistem hukum yang adil, inklusif, dan adaptif terhadap tantangan zaman.

“IC-CONSIST adalah wujud komitmen UNNES untuk menjadi bagian dari solusi global melalui sumbangsih akademik yang konkret,” ungkapnya.

Dekan Fakultas Hukum UNNES, Prof. Dr. Ali Masyhar, menambahkan bahwa konferensi ini merupakan momentum strategis bagi sivitas akademika untuk menjalin kolaborasi internasional serta mendiskusikan isu-isu hukum terkini dalam perspektif pembangunan berkelanjutan.

Sejumlah pemikir hukum dari berbagai negara hadir sebagai pembicara kunci. Di antaranya adalah Prof. Dr. H. Nadirsyah Hosen (Melbourne Law School, Australia), Prof. Dr. Ildikó Bartha (University of Debrecen, Hongaria), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nur Ezan Rahmat (Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia), Prof. Dr. Dewi Sulistianingsih (Universitas Negeri Semarang, Indonesia), dan Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anis Widyawati (Universitas Negeri Semarang, Indonesia).

Dalam paparannya, Prof. Dr. H. Nadirsyah Hosen mengulas dinamika konsolidasi demokrasi Indonesia pasca-reformasi dengan meninjau ulang kerangka Linz dan Stepan. Ia mengangkat studi kasus seperti Omnibus Law, pelemahan KPK, dan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi terkait Gibran. Menurutnya, untuk mencapai Indonesia Emas 2045, diperlukan peta jalan reformasi yang meliputi pembaruan peradilan, penguatan masyarakat sipil, perlindungan konstitusional, dan revitalisasi KPK. Sementara itu, Prof. Dr. Ildikó Bartha menggarisbawahi urgensi reformasi hukum di tengah krisis global berlapis (policrises) dan transisi menuju transformasi hijau dan digital di Eropa.

Tak kurang dari 292 peserta menghadiri forum ini, terdiri dari 160 peserta internal UNNES dan 132 peserta eksternal dari berbagai institusi nasional maupun internasional. Negara-negara seperti Malaysia, India, dan Thailand turut mengirimkan perwakilan, menunjukkan tingginya antusiasme dan kepedulian global terhadap isu-isu hukum yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

IC-CONSIST 2025 tidak hanya menjadi ajang tukar gagasan, tetapi juga menegaskan posisi UNNES sebagai universitas konservasi yang berpikir global dan bertindak lokal. Di tengah cepatnya perubahan sosial dan teknologi, UNNES terus mendorong reformasi hukum yang berpihak pada keadilan, keberlanjutan, dan masa depan Indonesia yang gemilang.
