Gelar Bimtek, JDIH Optimalkan Pengelolaan Publikasi Produk Hukum

Dalam upaya meningkatkan kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan memperkuat pengelolaan dokumen hukum, Jaringan Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum (JDIH) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menggelar Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem dokumentasi dan publikasi produk hukum yang lebih baik.

Kepala Kantor Hukum UNNES, Dr. Cahya Wulandari, S.H., M.Hum., menekankan pentingnya penguatan SDM dalam pengisian konten terkait produk hukum.

“Kami memerlukan penguatan kapasitas SDM agar dapat mengisi konten produk hukum dengan lebih efektif. Selain itu, perlu juga dilakukan pengembangan dan penataan ulang kelembagaan JDIH, terutama dalam bidang sistem informasi dan informatika untuk memaksimalkan publikasi produk hukum,” jelasnya saat di temui di ruang Vicon Rektorat UNNES, Rabu (16/10/2024).

Sementara itu, Pustakawan Ahli Muda Pusat JDIHN BPHN, Iswiyati Kunti, S. Kom, mengungkapkan kinerja JDIH UNNES yang meskipun masih baru, telah menunjukkan hasil yang cukup memuaskan.

“Standar pengelolaan dokumen dan informasi hukum di JDIH UNNES memang masih dalam tahap pengembangan, namun kinerja yang dicapai sudah cukup memuaskan. Meski demikian, masih ada ruang untuk peningkatan, terutama dalam hal keragaman jenis dokumen yang disediakan dan kelengkapan informasi di website,” ungkapnya.
