Gali Potensi Industri dan UMKM, Human Ring Cooperative Kagawa Japan Jajaki Kerjasama dengan UNNES

Human Ring, salah satu organisasi di bidang pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Ketenagakerjaan yang beralamat di Kagawa, Jepang melakukan inisiasi kerjasama dengan Universitas Negeri Semarang (22/5). Kerja sama tersebut pada lingkup penggalian potensi di bidang industri dan UMKM.

Tim dari Human Ring yang terdiri atas Kazuhiko Miyauchi, Shuji Terao, dan Reiko Aki yang didampingi oleh LPK Shiawase disambut hangat oleh Universitas Negeri Semarang. Kunjungan pertamanya, diawali dengan studi lapangan di Sentra Bandeng Kelurahan Tambakrejo, Kota Semarang, berlanjut di KnK Coffee, Sukorejo, Kecamatan Gunungpati, dan berakhir di Rumah Inovasi Tempe Sekar Sari (RITSS) Patemon, Kec. Gunungpati. Rombongan Human Ring didampingi juga oleh tim dari LPPM Universitas Negeri Semarang, yaitu Drs Sunyoto MSi dan Moch Faizal Rachmadi SPd.

Saat mengawali studi lapangannya di Sentra Bandeng, Kelurahan Tambakrejo, Rombongan Human Ring dan UNNES disambut oleh Camat Gayamsari, Moh. Agus Junaidi, SKom MM yang kala itu berada di lokasi.

“Kami sangat senang dan mengapresiasi kunjungan dari Human Ring dan UNNES saat ini. Kami ini merupakan sentra bandeng yang salah satu pendampingnya adalah dari Universitas Negeri Semarang. Semoga jajakan kerja sama ini terus berlangsung dan nantinya menjadi mitra yang sama-sama menguntungkan antara Indonesia dan Jepang,” ungkap Moh. Agus Junaidi, SKom MM.

Bertandang ke tempat selanjutnya adalah di KnK Coffe, yang menjadi supplier atau pemasok kopi di hampir 70% coffeeshop Kota Semarang. Segenap rombongan diajak mengelilingi gudang produksi kopi, tempat penyimpanan hingga dijelaskan secara detail oleh Agung Kurniawan Sang Pemilik terkait proses dari hulu-hilir hingga KnK Coffee dapat berdiri maju seperti sekarang.

Tim dari Human Ring sangat antusias mencermati penjelasan pengolahan kopi seperti yang disampaikan Agung. Mulai dari proses pemilihan biji kopi, pengolahan, roasting, distribusi pemasaran sampai dengan ekspor ke berbagai Negara, salah satunya di Benua Eropa.

Kunjungan terakhir, yaitu di RITSS yang disambut langsung oleh Prof Dr Siti Harnina Bintar MS, seorang Guru Besar/Profesor bidang Bioteknologi UNNES yang berdedikasi penuh dalam penelitian dan pengembangan terhadap produk tempe higienis dan olahannya.

“Tempe kami di RITSS merupakan produk yang sudah melalui berbagai proses riset dan uji klinis dan  tempe yang diproduski telah berlabel MD siap dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat  luas dengan aman, enak dan bergizi tinggi. Dalam pengolahannya, segala hal kami persiapkan dengan matang dan higienis. Hampir tidak ada olahan yang terbuang dalam prosesnya karena mulai dari sari tempe  menjadi “ ritss milk” sampai dengan limbah cairnya pun kami olah, menjadi produk mewujudkan zero waste green UMKM dan kami manfaatkan betul-betul,” ungkap Guru Besar Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam itu.

Dalam kunjungannya ke UNNES termasuk di beberapa desa binaan maupun mitra binaan, Human Ring sangat berharap dapat berkolaborasi, bekerjasama, dan bersinergi penuh serta menjalin hubungan baik antara Indonesia dan Jepang.
