Gugus Praktik Kerja Lapangan Fakultas Teknik, UNNES pada  17 – 18 September 2015, menyelenggarakan Workshop Silabus/RPS Praktik Kerja Lapangan di Amanda Hills Hotel, Bandungan, Jawa Tengah, Acara dibuka oleh Pembantu Dekan Bidang Akademik Drs. Djoko Adi Widodo, MT mewakili Dekan Fakultas Teknik yang sedang melakukan perjalanan dinas ke Papua.

Acara ini dihadiri oleh 105 peserta terdiri dari Pimpinan Fakultas Teknik, Tim Gugus PKL, Ketua Jurusan dan Sekretaris Jurusan, Ketua Program Studi, tim dosen pengembang silabus/RPS PKL dan perwakilan dosen pembimbing PKL dari 12 program studi dibawah naungan Fakultas Teknik dan beberapa tenaga kependidikan.

Acara diawali dengan paparan dari narasumber, Dr. I Made Sudana, M.Pd (Ketua Gugus Penjamin Mutu Fakultas Teknik) dengan materi bertopik “Pengembangan Mutu PKL” dan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan narasumber kedua Drs. Djoko Adi Widodo, MT selaku Pembantu Dekan Bidang Akademik tentang “Kebijakan PKL di Fakultas Teknik”, narasumber ketiga Dr. Yeri Sutopo, M.Pd, MT (Pakar Pendidikan) dengan materi bertopik “PKL ditinjau dari Prodi Kependidikan dan Non Kependidikan”. Acara dilanjutkan dengan paparan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) dari 12 prodi, diantaranya Jurusan Teknik Sipil (Prodi Arsitektur, Prodi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan, Prodi Teknik Sipil), Jurusan PKK (Prodi Tata Boga, Prodi Tata Busana, Prodi Tata Kecantikan), Jurusan Teknik Mesin (Prodi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin, Prodi Teknik Mesin, Prodi Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif), Jurusan Teknik Elektro (Prodi Pendidikan Teknik Elektro, Prodi Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer), dan Prodi Teknik Kimia.

Acara ini diketuai oleh Drs. Suwahyo, M.Pd yang juga menjabat sebagai Ketua Gugus PKL FT, dengan wakil ketua Lulut indrianingrum ST., M.T, dan Sekretaris Rizqi Fitri Naryanto, ST., M.Eng

Dalam Pelaksanaan Workshop kali ini banyak masukan dari peserta diantaranya masukan untuk mengubah nama PKL menjadi PRAKERIN sesuai arahan dari Badan Penjamin Mutu (BPM) Universitas untuk prodi kependidikan. Namun dilain sisi juga masih tetap mempertahankan nama Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) karena berhubungan dengan cakupan obyek PKL yang diharapkan bisa lebih luas dan permasalahan administrasi serta keuangan ditingkat Universitas demikian dikatakan Drs. Suwahyo, M.Pd

Alhamdulillah acara ini dapat dikategorikan sukses dengan tingkat kehadiran peserta mencapai 95 % dari total peserta yang diundang, dan berhasil menyusun 12 RPS sesuai jumlah prodi yang ada di Fakultas Teknik, dan rencananya hasil laporan dari workshop ini akan disampaikan ke Pembantu Rektor Bidang Akademik, papar Drs. Kegiatan selanjutnya yang akan direncanakan gugus PKL yaitu penyiapan pembekalan PKL untuk mahasiswa yang akan terjun PKL tahap selanjutnya. (Rizqi Fitri)
