FT UNNES Selenggarakan Seminar Nasional Perancangan Motor Listrik Berbasis Software

Kita belum mampu membangun pabrik mobil listrik, tetapi kita mampu membangun menciptakan sumber daya manusia yaitu pemuda yang ahli dan handal di bidang elektrik engine. Banyak energi terbaharukan di Indonesia belum disentuh dan dimanfaatkan secara maksimal.

Ricky Elson pakar motor listrik nasional menyampaikan itu saat menjadi nara sumber pada seminar nasional, Kamis (27/10) di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Semarang (FT UNNES) kampus Sekaran Gunungpati.

Seminar nasional Teknik Mesin dan Kejuruan yang diselenggarakan Jurusan Teknik Mesin itu dengan tema Perancangan Motor Listrik Berbasis Software dibuka oleh Dekan FT Dr Nur Qudus MT, diikuti ratusan dosen dan mahasiswa.

Ricky juga mengemukakan, faktor keunggulan Indonesia adalah faktor demografis dan orang Indonesia itu pintar, sehingga kita sebagai bangsa Indonesia harus dapat memaksimalkan potensi ini dengan cara menguasai teknologi.
Ricky menjelaskan, latar belakang pentingnya penguasaan teknologi khususnya motor listrik yakni permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh masyakaat Indonesia diantaranya kemacetan dan ketersediaan bahan bakar dari tahun ke tahun semakin menipis.

Menurut Ricky, kita sebagai pemuda Indonesia khususnya mahasiswa Teknik Mesin harus berfikir kreatif dan inovatif dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut.

Untuk itu, mari bersama-sama melakukan inovasi motor listrik, mobil listrik, dan lain sebagainya, dimana dengan adanya penguasaan teknologi motor listrik dapat meminimalisir permasalahan tersebut.

Sebagai engineer, kita harus berani mencoba, terus menggali potensi, dan melakukan perubahan. Beberapa tahun kedepan pasti Indonesia beralih menggunakan energi listrik dalam aktifitasnya, tegas Ricky.

Sebelumnya, Dekan FT Dr Nur Qudus saat membuka kegiatan menyampaikan, kegiatan ini merupakan kesempatan langka dimana para peserta seminar belajar langsung dari seorang pakar motor listrik yang bereputasi Internasinal.
Diharapkan setelah seminar ini mampu meningkatkan kompetensi peserta dalam perancangan motor listrik sebagai penggerak mesin yang ramah lingkungan.

Ketua Jurusan Teknik Mesin Rusiyanto SPd MT menyampaikan, Jurusan Teknik Mesin selalu berperan aktif dalam mendukung visi UNNES yakni menjadi Universitas Berwawasan Konservasi dan Bereputasi Internasional. Salah satu wujud nyatanya dengan menjalin rintisan kerja sama dengan Lentera Angin Nusantara yang didirikan oleh Ricky Elson.

Ketua Panitia Agus Nugroho SPd MT melaporkan, peserta seminar ini sangat antusias sekali ini dapat dilihat dari pendaftaran peserta yang melebihi batas kuota yang telah ditetapkan yaitu 200 kursi.
