Pengertian

Banding penilaian merupakan suatu proses yang diatur untuk memastikan prinsip keadilan dan transparansi dalam proses penilaian sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku. Ujian adalah serangkaian pertanyaan/soal yang distandardisasi atau dirancang oleh dosen sebagai alat untuk mengukur, mengakses, atau menilai kemampuan akademik pada ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor, serta dapat dilakukan secara lisan dengan cakupan materi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan tujuan kurikuler. Evaluasi adalah proses pengambilan keputusan dan pemberian nilai terhadap hasil ujian mahasiswa.

Syarat dan Ketentuan

Banding nilai dapat dilakukan apabila terjadi salah satu dari kondisi berikut:

  1. Terjadi kesalahan administratif dalam penilaian mahasiswa.
  2. Penilaian dilakukan tidak sesuai dengan prosedur yang seharusnya.

Prosedur Banding

Mahasiswa mengajukan formulir banding nilai kepada ketua program studi terkait hasil penilaian ujian pada mata kuliah tertentu:

  1. Ketua program studi memberikan jawaban kepada mahasiswa yang bersangkutan dan menghubungi dosen pengampu mata kuliah untuk klarifikasi.
  2. Apabila diperlukan, ketua program studi akan mengundang dan mengadakan rapat dengan dosen dalam kelompok bidang keahlian untuk memberikan masukan terkait penilaian.
  3. Ketua program studi memberikan surat kepada Pusat ICT UNNES untuk membuka sistem penilaian mahasiswa.
  4. Ketua program studi, dosen, dan Kelompok Bidang Keahlian membuat keputusan rapat dan menyampaikan hasil keputusan tersebut kepada Wakil Dekan Bidang Akademik.
  5. Wakil Dekan Bidang Akademik membuat surat kepada Pusat ICT UNNES untuk membuka sistem input nilai bagi mahasiswa yang bersangkutan.

Dosen menginput perbaikan nilai ke dalam sistem.
Mahasiswa menerima hasil penilaian tersebut.
