FISIP UNNES Selaraskan RPS Berbasis OBE dan SDGs dengan Kebutuhan Dunia Usaha

Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Negeri Semarang (FISIP UNNES) menyelenggarakan Workshop Penyusunan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) Berbasis Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Terintegrasi Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Selasa (20/1). Kegiatan ini berlangsung di Aula Gedung C7 Lantai 3 FISIP UNNES dan diikuti oleh dosen di lingkungan FISIP UNNES.

Kegiatan ini dibuka oleh Wakil Dekan I Bidang Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan FISIP UNNES, Dr. scient. med. Fadly Husain, S.Sos., M.Si. Dalam sambutannya disampaikan bahwa integrasi Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) dalam kurikulum FISIP UNNES diterapkan di seluruh program studi melalui penyusunan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) yang selaras dengan pendekatan Outcome-Based Education (OBE). Integrasi tersebut dirumuskan secara spesifik pada Sub-Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK).

Setelah pembukaan, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan pemaparan materi oleh Dr. Nurul Fatimah, S.Pd., M.Si., yang menyampaikan enam prioritas Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) FISIP UNNES Tahun 2026, yakni SDGs 1 No Poverty, SDGs 4 Quality Education, SDGs 5 Gender Equality, SDGs 6 Clean Water and Sanitation, SDGs 14 Life Below Water, serta SDGs 17 Partnership for the Goals.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut juga disampaikan bahwa batas waktu pengumpulan RPS ditetapkan satu minggu setelah pelaksanaan workshop, dengan finalisasi RPS pada 27 Januari 2026 yang dikoordinasikan oleh korprodi dan Gugus Penjaminan Mutu (GPM) di masing-masing program studi.

Sebagai narasumber utama, FISIP UNNES menghadirkan Corina Karim, S.Si., M.Si., Ph.D., Kepala Subdirektorat Pengembangan Relevansi Pendidikan Direktorat Inovasi dan Pengembangan Pendidikan (DIPP) Universitas Brawijaya. Dalam pemaparannya, Corina menekankan bahwa integrasi SDGs dalam kurikulum berbasis OBE perlu dirancang secara sistematis dan terukur melalui perencanaan pembelajaran.

Menurut Corina, perguruan tinggi memiliki peran penting dalam menyiapkan kompetensi lulusan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Ia menyampaikan bahwa dunia usaha berperan dalam menentukan kebutuhan kompetensi, sementara perguruan tinggi bertugas menyiapkan dan mencetak kompetensi tersebut melalui kurikulum. Oleh karena itu, penyusunan RPS berbasis OBE perlu diselaraskan dengan kebutuhan pemangku kepentingan tanpa mengabaikan nilai-nilai pembangunan berkelanjutan.

Pada sesi akhir, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan praktik penyusunan RPS oleh masing-masing program studi dengan pendampingan mentor. Melalui penerapan Outcome-Based Education (OBE), dosen FISIP UNNES diharapkan dapat menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada capaian kompetensi lulusan yang relevan, terukur, dan selaras dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja serta tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan.
