Semarang, 26 November 2024 – Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi Universitas Negeri Semarang (FIPP UNNES) menggelar acara Sosialisasi Panduan Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Tahun 2025 di Aula Dekanat Lantai 3. Acara ini bertujuan untuk memberikan arahan, motivasi, serta meningkatkan semangat para dosen dalam mengoptimalkan kontribusi mereka di bidang penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat.

Acara dibuka dengan sambutan inspiratif dari Dekan FIPP UNNES, Prof. Dr. Edy Purwanto, M.Si., yang menekankan pentingnya upaya bersama untuk mencapai lompatan signifikan di bidang riset dan publikasi pada tahun 2025.

“Capaian publikasi FIPP di tahun lalu menunjukkan hasil 18 artikel publikasi di jurnal terindeks Scopus dan 26 makalah konferensi internasional. Namun, ini belum setara dengan capaian fakultas lain di UNNES. Oleh karena itu, kita harus berlari lebih kencang untuk menjadikan FIPP lebih unggul,” ujar Prof. Edy.

Beliau juga menggarisbawahi pentingnya kesesuaian penelitian dengan Kelompok Bidang Kajian (KBK) masing-masing program studi serta roadmap penelitian yang telah dirancang. Sosialisasi ini menghadirkan tiga narasumber dari LPPM UNNES, yaitu Prof. Dr. Niken Subekti, M.Si., Prof. Dr. Nana Kariada TM, M.Si., dan Prof. Dr. Margareta R, M.Si., dengan Ghanis Putra Widhanarto, S.Pd., M.Pd., sebagai moderator.

Prof. Niken memaparkan peluang pendanaan penelitian kompetitif nasional dari DRTPM, termasuk jenis penelitian dasar dan terapan. Ia menjelaskan pentingnya dosen berpartisipasi dalam skema seperti penelitian pascasarjana, kolaborasi internasional, dan penelitian fundamental dengan prioritas nasional seperti pangan, energi, dan ekonomi hijau. Luaran penelitian yang diharapkan adalah publikasi di jurnal internasional bereputasi atau jurnal nasional terakreditasi, tergantung skema yang diikuti.

Sementara itu, Prof. Nana menyoroti perlunya inovasi dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Ia menggarisbawahi pentingnya tema-tema baru yang lebih relevan, seperti teknologi digital, pariwisata berbasis kearifan lokal, hingga isu strategis seperti stunting dan literasi digital. Selain itu, ia mendorong pengabdian berbasis multidisiplin dengan melibatkan minimal dua rumpun ilmu yang berbeda. Prof. Margareta menutup sesi dengan penjelasan mengenai skema penelitian dan pengabdian yang dapat didanai melalui DPA LPPM UNNES. Beliau menguraikan pentingnya penelitian terapan hilirisasi yang diarahkan pada komersialisasi hasil riset, serta penelitian berbasis kerja
sama internasional yang menghasilkan luaran strategis seperti hak cipta, publikasi kolaboratif, dan penguatan jejaring global.

Acara ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal bagi dosen FIPP untuk memperkuat posisi UNNES dalam persaingan riset dan publikasi, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi masyarakat melalui program pengabdian yang inovatif dan relevan.
