SEMARANG – The commemoration of the 81st Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia’s Independence at Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) marked a historic day for 29 staff members from the Faculty of Education and Psychology (FIPP). During a solemn ceremony held today, Monday (August 17, 2026), they officially received the Satyalancana Karya Satya honorary award from the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
The award was presented personally by the UNNES Rector, Prof. Dr. S. Martono, M.Si., during a flag-raising ceremony held at the Prof. Dumadi Field, FIK UNNES.
This conferral serves as a form of state appreciation for the loyalty, service, competence, integrity, and discipline of Civil Servants (PNS) who have served for periods of 10, 20, and 30 years.
The award is not merely symbolic; it is tangible proof of the extraordinary dedication shown by the lecturers and educational staff in advancing education at UNNES.
