FIPP UNNES dan Universiti Malaya Kolaborasi, Dalami Manajemen SDM Berkelanjutan

Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi (FIPP) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menerima kunjungan puluhan mahasiswa Universiti Malaya dalam program student exchange pada Kamis, 19 Februari 2026.

Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari FIPP International Forum 2026 hasil kolaborasi FIPP UNNES, Universiti Malaya, dan UIN Salatiga.

Program ini memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa Universiti Malaya untuk mengikuti perkuliahan secara langsung di FIPP UNNES. Mereka mendalami pentingnya Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan supervisi dalam konteks bimbingan dan konseling.

Selain mahasiswa Universiti Malaya, sejumlah mahasiswa pascasarjana dari Fakultas Human Resources FIPP juga turut mengikuti kegiatan tersebut. Perkuliahan tatap muka dilaksanakan di smart classroom Gedung A3 FIPP UNNES.

Wakil Dekan Bidang Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan FIPP UNNES, Farid Ahmadi, S.Kom., M.Kom., Ph.D., menyampaikan bahwa program ini menjadi langkah strategis untuk memperluas eksposur FIPP UNNES di tingkat internasional. Ia menegaskan bahwa mahasiswa peserta memperoleh pengalaman akademik sekaligus jaminan pengakuan melalui skema transfer kredit.

“Hari ini mahasiswa dari Universiti Malaya mengikuti perkuliahan secara luring yang akan dilanjutkan dengan sesi daring. Mata kuliah yang mereka tempuh di sini diakui oleh universitas asal melalui skema transfer kredit, dan kami dapat langsung melakukan penilaian,” ujar Farid.

Perkuliahan dipandu oleh Prof. Dr. Awalya, M.Pd., Kons., Dr. Ernest Ceti Septyanti, M.Sc., Dr. Binti Isrofin, M.Pd., dan Dr. Ipah Saripah, M.Pd. Para dosen menekankan adanya pergeseran paradigma manajemen yang tidak lagi memandang manusia sebagai alat produksi semata.

Konsep manajemen sumber daya manusia saat ini menempatkan martabat manusia dan prinsip keberlanjutan sebagai pusat kebijakan organisasi. Mahasiswa diajak memahami pentingnya pendekatan yang lebih humanis dalam pengelolaan institusi.

Diskusi semakin dinamis saat membahas pendekatan berbasis kekuatan atau strengths-based approach. Mahasiswa Universiti Malaya mengeksplorasi pentingnya mengidentifikasi potensi individu untuk membangun organisasi yang sehat.

Pendekatan ini dinilai relevan bagi kandidat doktor di bidang bimbingan dan konseling dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif. Fokus tidak lagi pada kekurangan, melainkan pada pengembangan potensi yang dimiliki setiap individu.

Materi juga menegaskan bahwa investasi pada manusia bukan sekadar persoalan administratif. Hal tersebut merupakan upaya menyelaraskan tujuan organisasi dengan kesejahteraan mental. Inovasi di institusi pendidikan sangat bergantung pada kemampuan memosisikan sumber daya manusia sebagai mitra strategis yang bermartabat.

Melalui kolaborasi ini, FIPP UNNES menegaskan komitmennya dalam memperkuat jejaring internasional sekaligus menghadirkan perspektif manajemen modern yang humanis.

Kegiatan ini turut berkontribusi pada pencapaian SDGs nomor 8 tentang pekerjaan layak dan pertumbuhan ekonomi serta SDGs nomor 4 tentang peningkatan kualitas pendidikan tinggi yang adaptif terhadap standar global.

Ke depan, kerja sama ini diharapkan semakin mempererat hubungan bilateral kedua universitas serta mendorong pengembangan ilmu pendidikan di kawasan Asia Tenggara.
