Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Semarang (FIK) selama dua hari (24-25/2) melakukan Rapat Kerja tahun 2020, membahas capaian kinerja yang telah didapat pada 2019 serta merencanakan target dan evaluasi tahun sebelumnya yang belum terlaksana.

Raker yang rutin dilaksanakan oleh FIK pada awal tahun memang digunakan untuk menjalin komunikasi antar pimpinan, dosen dan tendik FIK UNNES.

Kegiatan mengusung tema “Menjadi FIK Yang Lebih Baik” dibuka oleh Wakil Rektor Bidang Perencanaan dan Kerja Sama UNNES Prof Agus Nuryatin MHum mengimbau bahwa masing masing unit di Universitas merupakan kepanjangan dari visi misi universitas sehingga diharapkan adanya sinergi dalam membangun UNNES.

Dekan FIK Prof Tandiyo Rahayu memaparkan beberapa hasil dan capaikan kerja yang telah didapat pada 2019 diantaranya capaian utama laboratorium berstandar ISO 17025 pada laboratorium kalibrasi FIK dengan kode LK-278-IDN.

Capaian prestasi lainnya yakni peringkat pertama kategori kinerja kemahasiswaan yang di sampaikan pada rapim UNNES akhir 2019, dan peringkat pertama bidang kerjasama, peringkat pertama kinerja bidang produktifitas pimpinan, dan peringkat tiga kinerja bidang income generating.

Selain itu FIK juga terbaik pertama pelaksanaan program kegiatan dan anggaran unit kerja pada E-Monev tahun anggaran 2019.

Dalam bidang akademik, WD I Dr dr Mahalul Azam menyampaikan bahwa visi fakultas saat ini mengikuti visi Universitas yaitu menjadi universitas berwawasan konservasi dan bereputasi Internasional.

Selain itu WD I akan mem-push jumlah publikasi internasional, meningkatkan jumlah jurnalUNENS terindeks internasional, jumlah prodi terakreditasi internasional dan presentase prodi terakreditasi unggul.

WD I juga menyampaikan isu penting mengenai Kampus Merdeka, diharapkan agar FIK memiliki desa binaan, dimana saat ini prodi IKM telah memiliki desa binaan di Kecamatan Ungaran Timur.

Selain itu juga akan didorong terwujudnya penelitian yang berorientasi menghasilkan produk.

WD II Dr Taufik Hidayat menyampaikan bahwa dalam bidang umum dan kepegawaian akan melakukan beberapa maintenance pada beberapa fasilitas kampus yang berupa kolam renang, laboratorium dan lapangan trek sintetis.

Selain iu akan dilakukan peningkatan kapasitas internet FIK. Dalam program lainya WD II akan mendorong adanya tenaga kependidikan bersertifikasi dan kenaikan pangkat bagi dosen agar prosesnya lebih mudah dan cepat. Pada bidang kemahasiswaan.

WD III FIK Andry Akhiruyanto SPd MPd meyampaikan akan mengawal pengembangan bakat minat bakat dan kreatifitas kemahasiswaan. Strategi yang akan digunakan utk pengembangan kemahasiswaan adalah komunikasi intensif antar bidang.

Pemberian penghargaan kepada mahasiswa dan pembimbing yang berprestasi seramendorong program kegiatan unggulan bidang penalaran dan minat bakat mahasiswa. Diharapkan melalui Raker 2020 ini para civitas akademik FIK UNNES yang terdiri dari pimpinan, dosen serta tendik siap untuk melaksanakan program kerja dan siap menghadapi tantangan yang akan dihadapi di tahun 2020.
