FIK UNNES Berikan Tes Kebugaran Fisik bagi Masyarakat Kota Semarang

Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan (FIK) UNNES kembali hadir untuk masyarakat Semarang. FIK UNNES melaksanakanan tes kebugaran fisik untuk kota Semarang di Stadion Tri Lomba Juang Semarang pada hari minggu (22/11). Kegiatan yang akan diselenggarakan selama 2 hari tersebut akan digelar kembali pada tanggal 29 dengan lokasi yang sama.

Tes Kebugaran yang dilaksanakan FIK UNNES ini merupakan kegiatan yang rutin dilaksanakan oleh FIK dalam rangka hadir melayani masyarakat Semarang. Sebelum kegiatan ini, FIK telah rutin melaksanakan FIK Goes To Public dengan melaksanakan kegiatan di seputaran Car Free Day di Jalan PAhlawan Semarang setiap hari minggu. Ketua Pelaksana yang juga Dekan FIK UNNES, Prof. Tandiyo Rahayu menyampaikan kegiatan ini merupakan peran serta FIK UNNES dalam berkontribusi di masyarkat dan mengamalkan ilmu yang dimiliki oleh dosen dan mahasiswa FIK UNNES dalam melayani masyarakt. Kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kebugaran warga kota Semarang. dimana dimasa pandemic ini kesehatan dan kebugaran warga harus selalu dijaga agar daya tahan tubuh menjadi lebih kuat. Beliau juga menghimbau kepada seluruh warga semarang untuk tetap berolah raga agar tubuh menjadi lebih bugar dan sehat.

Dalam acara yang sama, kepala Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kota Semarang, Suhindoyo Prasetiantom SE, MM menyambut baik kegiatan ini, dan kegiatan ini dapat membantu masyarakat agar mengetahui tingkat kebugaran dari dirinya masing masing. Beliau juga menghimbau masyarakat yang akan berolahraga tetap menjaga protocol kesehatan agar setelah olahraga badan tetap sehat dan terhindar dari terpapar covid-19.

Pelaksanan pada hari pertama ini di ikuti oleh sekitar 300 peserta. Dimana setiap peserta yang akan mengikuti tes kebugaran ini dapat mendaftar di laman sebugar.com.  jenis tes yang dilaksanakan adalan Tes KEkuatan Lengan, Tes Daya LEdak Tungkai dan Daya tahan aerobic. Pengukuran dilaksanakan oleh tenaga professional FIK UNNES dimana seluruh tim penguji merupakan Dosen dari FIK UNNES yang terlatih. Kelebihan dari tes ini adalah para peserta dapat langsung mengetahui hasil pengukuran dari tes yang dilakukan. Dan hasil yang didapat dijamin kerahasiaanya karena hanya dapat diakses oleh pemilik nomor handphone masing masing peserta tes.

Bagi warga kota Semarang yang belum mengikutio tes ini, dapat kembaliu mengikuti pada hari minggu, 29 November 2020 di Lapangan Tri Lomba Juang dari pukul 6.30 pagi hingga pukul 09.00 secara gratis.
