FH.UNNES.AC.ID – Semarang, the Faculty of Law, Semarang State University (FH) for two days (9-10/2) held a Working Meeting in 2023, discussed the performance achievements that have been obtained in 2022 and planned the targets and evaluations of the previous year that have not been implemented.
The meeting, which is routinely carried out by the Faculty of Law at the beginning of the year, is indeed used to establish communication between leaders, lecturers and staff within the Faculty of Law, UNNES.
The activity with the theme “Capacity Building towards the Faculty of Prestigious Law” was opened by the Rector who was represented by the General and Institutional HR Planning Division of UNNES Prof. Heri Yanto MBA Ph.D.
Vice Rector Prof. Heri Yanto gave a direction that the faculty work program must be in line with the university, namely realizing the vision of UNNES PTN-BH to become a university of world repute and a pioneer of educational brilliance with a conservation perspective.
“World-reputable, pioneer of educational brilliance, and conservation-minded. These three points of vision of PTN-BH UNNES must be realized in the performance of the faculty. Of course, this is our challenge together to realize the implementation of the UNNES PTN-BH vision in the future,” said Prof. Heri Yanto.
Prof. Heri Yanto also added a complete direction related to the 2023-2024 general policy in the academic & student affairs, planning, human resources, general, and institutional fields, cooperation, business, and international relations, as well as the fields of research, innovation, and information systems.
Prof. Heri Yanto hopes that all Leaders, Lecturers, Staff in the UNNES Environment will be committed to implementing their respective Performance Agreements (PK) in order to realize UNNES even better.
Ready to Implement UNNES PTN-BH
On this occasion, the Dean of the Faculty of Law of UNNES, Dr. Rodiyah SPd SH MSi, conveyed the increasingly complex challenges of UNNES and universities. In 2023, the Faculty of Law continues to prepare special strategies for the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (IKU) through a Work Agreement (PK) where the target in 2023 has increased.
“The challenges of UNNES and universities are increasingly complex, FH UNNES must still be ready to achieve the targets targeted by the University through key performance. For this reason, it is requested to all leaders, lecturers and staff to be committed to carrying out their respective duties,” said Dr. Rodiyah.
The Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Rodiyah, also explained some of the results and achievements of the Main Work Indicators (IKU) and healthy governance indicators that have been obtained in 2022.
