Fakultas Hukum Peringati Dies Natalis Keempat

Fakultas Hukum (FH) Unnes menyelenggarakan upacara Dies Natalis yang keempat, Rabu (30/11) di gedung C7 Fakultas Ilmu Sosial (FIS) Unnes. Acara tersebut dibuka oleh dekan FH Drs Sartono Sahlan MH dan dihadiri Rektor, Pembantu Rektor, dan segenap pejabat di lingkungan Unnes.

Dalam laporan tahunannya, Dekan FH menyampaikan bahwa sampai saat ini fakultas hukum menyelenggarakan satu program studi yakni Program Studi Ilmu Hukum dengan legalitas SK Dirjendikti dan telah terakreditasi. “Fakultas Hukum telah memiliki 38 dosen tetap dan 1 dosen kontrak, 12 di antaranya telah lulus sertifikasi dosen dan memperoleh sertifikat pendidik menjadi dosen professional dan bermartabat,” tandasnya.

Sartono menambahkan, berdasarkan laporan akademik dari badan penjamin mutu Unnes, rerata kehadiran dosen dalam pembelajaran sudah masuk kategori baik, yaitu 15,4 pada semester gasal 2010/2011 dan 15,3 pada semester genap 2010/2011. “Rerata ini sudah di atas rerata Unnes yang menargetkan 15,06 dan 15,45,” katanya.

Dalam bidang penelitian karya ilmiah, pada tahun 2011 ini FH telah menghasilkan 22 judul penelitian yang dananya bersumber dari DIPA Unnes dan PNBP. Selain itu ada 2 artikel yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal nasional terakreditasi, 3 artikel dipresentasikan dalam seminar internasional dan 1 artikel ilmiah populer dimuat di koran internasional. Mulai tahun ini juga telah diterbitkan Jurnal Konstitusi yang merupakan hasil kerjasama antara Pusat Konstitusi Unnes dengan Mahkamah Konstitusi. “Tiga buku teks karya dosen FH dalam bidang hukum tata negara juga telah berhasil diterbitkan,” ujarnya.

Terkait dengan sarana dan prasarana, sampai tahun 2011 FH masih terkendala keterbatasan ruang kuliah. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan perkuliahan berlangsung hingga malam hari bahkan sampai sabtu. “Tetapi kami bersyukur karena Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Fakultas Ekonomi, dan Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan memperbolehkan menggunakan ruang kuliahnya dalam batas tertentu,” kata Sartono.

Keterbatasan tersebut tak serta merta membuat mahasiswa FH berkecil hati, terbukti dengan banyaknya prestasi yang telah diraih. Tahun ini, mahasiswa FH memenangi Debat Hukum Kanwil Depkunhankam Jawa Tengah dan juara I tingkat nasional dalam penyusunan berkas perkara Tindak Pidana Korupsi. Selain itu juga ada yang terpilih menjadi pengurus pusat Perhimpunan Peradilan Semu Indonesia.
