Eva Andriani Mahasiswa Berprestasi Unnes 2015

Pemilihan  Mahasiswa Berprestasi (Mawapres), selalu menjadi kegiatan yang dinanti civitas akademika Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes). Proses seleksi yang dimulai dari tanggal 1 April hingga 12 Mei 2015 ini merupakan proses yang cukup panjang.

Diawali dengan proses penyaringan Mawapres tingkat jurusan, kemudian finalis dari masing-masing jurusan mengikuti seleksi  tingkat Fakultas. Setelah itu masing-masing Mawapres I tingkat fakultas  berhak mengikuti seleksi tingkat Universitas yang bertempat di Auditorium Unnes, Selasa (12/5).

Pada pemilihan Mawapres 2015 kali ini, Eva Andriani mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi (FE) terpilih menjadi Mahasiswa Berprestasi I Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes). Penilaian dilakukan oleh 24 dosen sebagai juri, adapun materi penilaian meliputi rekam prestasi, karya tulis ilmiah, kepribadian dan kecakapan berbahasa Inggris.

“Syukur Alhamdulillah, kegiatan ini bukan sekadar ajang kompetisi, melainkan solidaritas antar mahasiswa peserta seleksi. Saya mengucapkan terima kasih atas dukungan dosen pembimbing, teman-teman dan orang tua”, ujar Eva.

“Bahwa siapapun bisa menjadi Mawapres.  Terutama bagi mereka yang bisa mengalahkan dan berkompetisi dengan dirinya sendiri, mengalahkan kekhawatiran diri, menghilangkan ketakukan diri dan menciptakan kemenangan dalam diri berupa keberanian,” tambahnya.

Rektor Unnes, Prof Fathur Rokhman MHum mengatakan  “Dalam proses seleksi, sekeras apapun persaingan terlebih ketika bersaing dalam ranah akademik, berusahalah agar tidak menimbulkan duka. Tentunya, setiap peserta harus senada dalam menjaga harmoni”, pungkas Prof Fathur dalam sambutannya.

Menjadi Mawapres Utama I Unnes, menjadikan Eva Andriani sebagai wakil Unnes dalam tahapan seleksi Mawapres nasional. Dalam tahap seleksi Mawapres nasional, nantinya Eva akan bersaing dengan Mawapres dari berbagai kampus di Indonesia.
