Edric, Kinantan, dan Michael Juara Olimpiade Matematika Nasional

Edric Boby Tri R dari SD Kristen Tri Tunggal Semarang menjadi juara I dalam Olimpiade Matematika Nasional yang diselenggarakan oleh Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes).

Untuk jenjang SMP diraih Kinantan Arya Bagaspati dari SMP 02 Purwokerto, dan jenjang SMA Michael Agung Nugroho SMA Kolese Loyola Semarang, Minggu (1/11) di Fakultas FMIPA kampus Sekaran Gunungpati.

Ketua penyelenggara Zanuar Tri Wibowo menyampaikan, kegiatan Olimpiade Matematika Nasional ini dalam serangkaian acara Forum Ilmiah Matematika Nasional 2015 mengusung tema “Mengintegrasikan Prestasi dan Intelektual Menuju Generasi Matematika yang Unggul dan Bermakna”.

Zanuar menuturkan, sebelumnya, kegiatan ini telah dilaksanakan babak penyisihan Minggu (18/10) lalu yang dilaksanakan serempak di 15 Wilayah di Indonesia. Yakni di Banjarmasin, Makassar, Lampung, Surabaya, Malang, Jakarta, Bandung, Cirebon, Yogyakarta, Purwokerto, Pemalang, Wonosobo, Solo, Semarang, dan Pati.
Total peserta 2.230 orang terdiri atas jenjang SD/MI sebanyak 841 orang, SMP / MTS (665 orang), dan SMA /MA (730 orang).

Dari 2.230 itu, kata Zanuar diambil 180 orang terdiri atas 60 orang jenjang SD/MI, 60 orang SMP/MTs, dan 60 orang SMA/MA. Ke-180 orang itu diundang ke Unnes untuk mengikuti babak selanjutnya yakni babak 60 besar.

Kemudian, tes lagi diambil masing masing 20 orang maju ke babak semi final, dan diambil 5 orang babak final.

Jenjang SD Edric Boby Tri R Juara I dari SD Kristen Tri Tunggal Semarang, Haikal Haidar Putra (II) SD Kristen Tri Tunggal Semarang, Aisyah Putri Khurin’in (III) SD Ta’mirul Islam Surakarta, Axel Giovanni H (harapan I) SD Pangudi Luhur Surakarta, dan Sandy Kristian Waluyo (harapan II SD Kristen Penabur Plus Cirebon.

Jenjang SMP Kinantan Arya Bagaspati juara I dari SMP 02 Purwokerto, Rahmat Esar (II) SMP Pesantren Immim Makssar, Edgar Sulaeman (III) SMP Santa Maria Cirebon, M Morteza Mudrick (harapan I) SMPN 1 Surakarta, dan Muhammad Faiq Dhiya Ul Haq (harapan II) Mc Rejosari Semarang.

Jenjang SMA Michael Agung Nugroho juara I dari SMA Kolese Loyola Semarang, Abel Ardana Kusuma (II) SMA Karangturi, Daud Willy Octavian Oentoro (III) SMA Kristen Tri Tunggal, Denny Rengganis (harapan I) SMA Semesta, dan Edward Keitaro Heru (harapan II) SMA Karangturi.
