Dharma Wanita Persatuan Universitas Negeri Semarang (DWP UNNES) menyelenggarakan Webinar Bertajuk “Ibu Hebat: Tangguh, Sehat Jiwa, Inovatif, dan Produktif” secara virtual pada Kamis (16/12). Hadir sebagai narasumber kagiatan, Ketua Tim Penggerak PKK Kota Semarang Krisseptiana Hendrar Prihadi SH MM dan Dosen Psikologi UNNES Litfiah SPsi MSi PhD.

Dalam paparannya, Krisseptiana Hendrar Prihadi SH MM mengajak peserta webinar untuk tidak hanya memperhatikan kesehatan keluarga semata.

“Pada masa pandemi ini, kesehatan baik fisik maupun psikis yang perlu kita perhatikan tidak hanya kesehatan suami dan anak-anak saja, namun juga ibu-ibu sebagai seorang ibu yang hebat, yang tangguh, sehat, dan produktif sesuai tema kita pagi hari ini,” ungkapnya.

Menurutnya, peran isteri sekaligus ibu menjadi sangat penting khususnya di masa pandemi yang masih belum usai.

“Jadi tidak hanya kesehatan suami dan anak, namun juga kesehatan kita ibu-ibu. Lantas bagaimana cara untuk menjaga kesehatan kita ibu-ibu? Salah satu caranya adalah dengan memperbanyak me time atau quality time,” ungkapnya.

Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan paparan dari Dosen Psikologi UNNES Litfiah SPsi MSi PhD.

“Masa-masa ini merupakan masa dimana stres bermunculan. Ibu-ibu mesti paham ketika situasi itu datang. Lantas bagaimana jalan keluarnya? Kita harus punya yang namanya resiliensi atau ketangguhan dalam menghadapi tiap permasalahan baik di keluarga maupun di lingkungan sosial,” ungkap Litfiah PhD.

Dalam sambutannya, Ketua DWP UNNES Dr Barokah Isdaryanti SPd MPd menyampaikan, tujuan penyelenggaraan webinar adalah untuk semakin mengedukasi peserta webinar terkait kita-kiat menjadi ibu hebat yang tangguh, sehat jiwa, inovatif, dan produktif.

“Jadi sesuai tema kita, bahwa webinar ini berupaya untuk sama-sama kita belajar dari dua narasumber kita yang luar biasa, bagaimana langkah dan cara menjadi seorang ibu yang hebat,” jelasnya.

Kegiatan webinar diikuti oleh lebih dari 300 peserta yang merupakan perwakilan dari DWP Provinsi Jawa Tengah, DWP Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Tengah, DWP Perguruan Tinggi, dan DWP di lingkungan UNNES.
