Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) memperingati hari Kartini 2020 dengan mengadakan seminar secara Daring pada Selasa, 21 April 2020, bertemakan “Peran Perempuan dalam Penanggulangan Pandemi Global Covid-19.”

Ketua DWP UNNES  Dr Barokah Isdaryati menyampaikan, narasumber pada seminar Daring peringatan Hari Kartini yaitu Ibu Hj Siti Atikoh Supriyanti Pranowo yang merupakan istri Gubernur Jawa Tengah H Ganjar Pranowo, Dr Yuni Wijayanti serta di moderatori oleh Dr Rodiyah MSi selaku Dekan Fakultas Hukum UNNES.

Ketua DWP UNNES  Dr Barokah Isdaryati, menghimbau untuk waspada dan tidak memandang sepele wabah global Covid-19.

“Untuk itu tetap Stay at Home walaupun Berkarir, bekerja bahkan sampai beribadah dilakukan di rumah. Budayakan rajin cuci tangan sebelum masuk rumah, memakai masker kemanapun ketika bepergian, jaga jarak (Social Distancing) minimal 1-1.5 meter, kemauan dan kemampuan kolektif dalam bekerjasama untuk mencegah penularan wabah covid-19. Dengan adanya seminar Daring ini diharapkan dapat memberikan ilmu lebih dalam menangani masalah pandemi Covid-19,” kata Dr Barokah Isdaryati.

Hj. Siti Atikoh Supriyanti Pranowo mengatakan bahwa peran perempuan sangatlah penting disamping bertugas menjaga dan mengurus rumah tangga tapi juga berperan dalam mengedukasi anggota keluarga.

“Pertama, perempuan sebagai seorang individu yang membuat ritme dalam kehidupan rumah tangga berperan penuh atas pencegahan wabah Covid-19 dalam keluarga yaitu dengan meningkatkan imunitas anggota keluarga. Ada cara unik dalam pencegahan wabah ini yang diberi nama “COVID” yaitu Cuci tangan dengan sabun yang benar, Olah raga ringan dengan teratur, Vitamin dan makanan bergizi diperbanyak, Imunitas yang harus ditingkatkan dan dijaga, dan Doa. Karena kegiatan dirumah kadang membosankan isilah dengan kegiatan yang positif yang menyenangkan seperti menjahit, membuat prakarya dan sebagainya,” ajak Istri Gubernur Jawa Tengah.

Narasumber kedua Dr Yuni Wijiyanti selaku Direktur Puslakes dan Ketua Satgas Covid-19 UNNES menyampaikan beberapa tips untuk ibu-ibu rumah tangga dan semua perempuan yang mengikuti seminar Daring ini diberikan tips Belanja karena tips-tips lain untuk mengurus anak-anak, suami bahkan sanitasi dan sebagainya.

“Tips-tipsnya antara lain 1. Pakailah masker saat berbelanja, sebisa mungkin si penjual juga memakai masker, 2. Ketika belanja siapkan uang pas agar tidak menerima kembalian karna penularan dapat melalui benda benda, 3. Tidak perlu menyantuh barang yang tidak akan dibeli, 4. Sebisa mungkin memiliki akses komunikasi dengan penjual agar tidak terlalu sering keluar rumah hanya untuk berbelanja, terakhir 5. Cuci tangan setelah berbelanja,” ajak Dr Yuni

Seminar Daring yang dilaksanakan dalam rangka memperingati hari Kartini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat kepada perempuan perempuan Indonesia dalam pencegahan wabah Covid-19.
