DWP UNNES Gelar Webinar Sinergitas Kesadaran Hukum dalam Pelayanan Publik


Sebagai bagian dari Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), Dharma Wanita Persatuan UNNES turut bersinergi menumbuhkan kesadaran akan hukum guna melakukan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas. Untuk itu, DWP UNNES menggelar Webinar bertajuk “Sinergitas Kesadaran Hukum dalam Pelayanan Publik” pada Jum’at (12/11).

Webinar ini dibuka oleh Ketua DWP UNNES Dr Barokah Isdaryanti SPd MPd. Dalam sambutannya, Ketua DWP menjelaskan tentang alur pikir peran DWP dalam lingkungan keluarga dan peran publik.

“DWP memiliki peran sentral dalam lingkungan keluarga dan peran di ruang publik. Dalam bidang pendidikan, ekonomi, dan sosial budaya, wanita memiliki peran domestik dalam lingkungan keluarga, dan peran publik dalam ketahanan keluarga secara umum di masyarakat.” jelas Dr Barokah Isdaryanti.

Ketua DWP menambahkan, persoalan dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan publik dapat diatasi dengan berpegangan pada asas kredibilitas dalam membangun budaya pelayanan publik dan menanamkan kesadaran hukum dari hati melalui komunitas paling kecil yaitu keluarga.

Lebih lanjut, Dr Barokah Isdaryanti SPd MPd berharap kegiatan ini dapat memberikan sumbangsih pengetahuan baru serta menumbuhkan kesadaran hukum khususnya bagi para wanita dalam bermasyarakat.

“Tingkat kesadaran hukum dan ketaatan hukum menggambarkan kemajuan suatu bangsa. Semakin tinggi kesadaran dan ketaatan penduduk negara, maka semakin tertib pula kehidupan dalam bermasyarakat.” pungkasnya.

Dekan Fakultas Hukum (FH) UNNES, Dr Rodiyah SPd SH MSi selaku tuan rumah webinar menyebutkan bahwa Istri adalah pakaian suami. Menjadi seorang istri berarti menjadi bagian dari suami.

“Tindak tanduk perilaku istri akan berpengaruh pada reputasi seorang suami. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi seorang perempuan menumbuhkan kesadaran hukum dalam pelayanan publik,” tutur Rodiyah.

Sementara itu, hadir sebagai narasumber Kepala Perwakilan Ombudsman Jawa Tengah, Siti Farida SH MH yang memberikan paparan menarik tentang “Bagaimana Menghadirkan Cita Pelayanan Publik Berkualitas”.

“Secara umum, untuk memperbaiki pelayanan publik dapat kita mulai dengan melakukan tahap pengawasan, evaluasi, tindak lanjut, perbaikan, dan melahirkan inovasi.” terang Siti Farida SH MH.

Kepala Perwakilan Ombudsman Jawa Tengah tersebut menjelaskan bahwa untuk menciptakan pelayanan publik yang berkualitas dengan melakukan revolusi mental yaitu mengubah mindset penyelenggara pelayanan publik untuk bekerja secara profesional.

“Kompetensi yang mumpuni serta perlakuan yang baik akan menghasilkan pelayanan yang berkualitas,” terang Siti Farida.
