DWP FBS UNNES Selenggarakan Webinar Bertajuk Anak Ceria, Bunda Bahagia

Dharma Wanita Persatuan Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Universitas Negeri Semarang (DWP FBS UNNES) menyelenggarakan Webinar bertajuk “Anak Ceria, Bunda Bahagia: Membangun Mental Positif Ibu dan Anak menghadapi New Normal” pada Jum’at (01/10) secara daring.

Penyelenggaraan webinar tersebut merupakan serangkaian kegiatan dalam rangka menyambut Bulan Bahasa dan Seni Tahun 2021.

Kegiatan webinar ini menghadirkan narasumber Lucia Peppy Novianti M Psi seorang Psikolog sekaligus CEO Wiloka Workshop Yogyakarta.

Ketua DWP UNNES Dr Barokah Isdaryanti SPd MPd yang hadir sebagai keynote speech menyampaikan bahwa seorang perempuan yang berstatus sebagai istri atau ibu rumah tangga harus terus menggali, membangun, dan mengembangkan potensi diri, serta mampu menjadi inspirator dan sosok panutan bagi orang lain.

“Peran perempuan sebagai ibu salah satunya adalah bagaimana dapat membawa anak-anaknya untuk memiliki mental yang kuat. Kebiasaan-kebiasaan yang dapat dilakukan untuk membentuk mental kuat mulai diterapkan dari diri sendiri, keluarga, hingga lingkungan luas.” jelas Dr Barokah Isdaryanti.

Menurutnya, dalam menjalankan peran sebagai ibu, perempuan harus memegang prinsip ICS-MBS yaitu Ibadah-Ikhlas, Ceria, Sehat, Mandiri, Berbudaya dan Sukses.

“Perempuan harus mampu memberi perhatian, mampu berbagi, dan dapat dipercaya serta bisa memberi teladan dan menanamkan karakter yang baik,” ungkap Ketua DWP UNNES.

Sementara itu, Lucia Peppy Novianti M Psi menyampaikan paparan menarik tentang “Mengelola Kesehatan Mental Ibu dan Anak di Masa Pandemi”.

Psikolog tersebut menyampaikan bahwa ada 2 prinsip yang dapat menjadi pedoman dalam mengelola kesehatan mental keluarga yaitu kelola diri orang tua serta ajak dan dampingi anak.

“Mengelola mental sebagai orang tua dimulai dari mengelola emosi pribadi,mengolah cara berpikir, dan mengelola lingkungan fisik dan mental,” pungkasnya.
