UNNES Gelar Orientasi dan Pembekalan Pegawai Tidak Tetap Non ASN Tahun 2026

Semarang, 22 Juni 2026 – Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) menyelenggarakan kegiatan Orientasi dan Pembekalan Pegawai Tidak Tetap Non ASN Tahun 2026 pada tanggal 17 hingga 22 Juni 2026. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di lingkungan kampus UNNES sebagai bagian dari upaya strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia serta memperkuat kapasitas pegawai baru.

Sebanyak 64 Pegawai Tidak Tetap Non ASN yang baru direkrut mengikuti kegiatan ini. Para peserta ini ditempatkan di berbagai unit kerja di lingkungan UNNES dan diharapkan mampu beradaptasi secara optimal dengan sistem kerja dan budaya organisasi universitas.

Kegiatan orientasi dibuka secara resmi oleh Wakil Rektor II UNNES. Dalam sambutannya, disampaikan bahwa pegawai memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pencapaian visi dan misi universitas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemahaman yang komprehensif terkait tata kelola institusi, nilai-nilai dasar organisasi, serta peningkatan kompetensi yang relevan dengan perkembangan zaman.

Selama pelaksanaan kegiatan, peserta memperoleh berbagai materi yang mencakup pengenalan visi, misi, rencana strategis, program, dan kebijakan universitas; pemahaman mengenai sikap kerja, integritas, disiplin, serta hak dan kewajiban pegawai; pengenalan bidang akademik dan kemahasiswaan; literasi digital dan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); hingga dasar-dasar keuangan dan perpajakan.

Selain itu, peserta juga dibekali dengan kemampuan dasar dalam pembelajaran melalui kegiatan PEKERTI, yang meliputi microteaching, penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, serta praktik peer teaching. Kegiatan ini turut diperkuat dengan materi penulisan dan publikasi artikel ilmiah sebagai bagian dari pengembangan kompetensi akademik.

Materi disampaikan oleh para narasumber yang memiliki kompetensi dan pengalaman di bidangnya, baik dari kalangan pimpinan universitas maupun akademisi UNNES.

Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan seluruh peserta mampu menjadi pegawai yang profesional, berintegritas, serta adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan pendidikan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga diharapkan dapat mendorong terciptanya budaya kerja yang unggul dan berorientasi pada peningkatan kualitas layanan di lingkungan Universitas Negeri Semarang.

Kegiatan orientasi dan pembekalan ini ditutup pada 22 Juni 2026, sebagai tahap awal dalam proses pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan di UNNES.
