Acara konferensi ini diselenggarakan oleh Higher Education Forum (HEF), tujuan dari HEF menyelenggarakan berbagai konferensi dalam satu waktu adalah agar setiap peserta dapat meningkatkan wawasan di berbagai bidang mulai dari sosial, teknologi, ekonomi, dan lain sebagainya. Anggota HEF terdiri dari Asosiasi Profesor se Asia-Pasifik dan HEF sudah dibentuk dari tahun 2010.
