Diumumkan, Inilah Pemenang FBS UNNES International Novel Contest 2017

Novel berjudul Buku Panduan Matematika Terapan karya Henny Triskaidekaman terpilih sebagai pemenang utama FBS UNNES International Novel Contest 2017. Novel itu dinilai oleh juri menawarkan pendekatan dan cara ungkap baru penulisan prosa.

Ketua Panitia Sendang Mulyana menjelaskan, penyelenggara menerima 299 naskah dari berbagai negara. Selama lebih dari satu setengah bulan naskah itu dinilai oleh Dewan Juri yang terdiri dari Dr Seno Gumira Ajidarma, Prof. Dr. Agus Nuryatin, dan Prof. Dr. Suminto A Sayuti.

“Jumlah dan persebaran peserta menunjukkan antusiasme yang luar biasa, dahsyat, dan memesona. Kami optimis, sayembara ini akan menempatkan UNNES sebagai subjek penting dalam perkembangan sastra Indonesia ke depan,” kata dosen Sastra Indonesia Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni (FBS) ini.

Sendang menambahkan, peserta sayembara ini berasal dari berbagai negara, dari berbagai ragam profesi, dan rentang usia yang juga sangat beragam. “Sebagian adalah nama baru, tapi tak sedikit sastrawan dengan reputasi besar yang berpartisipasi,” katanya.

Daftar pemenang selengkapnya adalah sebagai berikut:

Pemenang I:
Buku Panduan Matematika Terapan (Henny Triskaidekaman, Jakarta)

Pemenang II: Tango dan Sadimin (Ramayda Akmal, Hamburg, Jerman)

Pemenang III: Para Penjahat dan Kesunyiannya Masing-masing (Eko Triono, Cilacap, Jawa Tengah).

Selain tiga pemenang utama di atas, juri juga memilih lima novel terpilih, sebagai berikut:
1. Seratus Tahun Kebisuan (Wawan Kurniawan, Sopeng, Sulawesi Selatan).
2. Putih Biru (I. B. Arya Lawa Manuaba, Badung, Bali)
3. Asolole (Mashuri, Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur)
4. Lelaki Gagap dari Kalipulung (Saroni Asikin, Pati, Jawa Tengah)
5. Sophie: Selikat Haroem Getah Melajoe (Rifadilah Sarin, Pekanbaru, Riau)

Ketiga pemenang utama tersebut masing-masing akan menerima hadiah uang tunai Rp20 juta, Rp15 juta, dan Rp10 juta. Adapun lima novel terpilih masing-masing akan menerima hadiah masing-masing Rp2 juta. Para pemenang akan menerima hadiah dan penghargaan pada Sabtu 28 Oktober 2016 di Kampung Budaya.
