Dibuka, Pendaftaran Lomba Karya Tulis Kearsipan

Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI) menyelenggarakan lomba karya tulis bidang kearsipan tahun 2012. Pendaftaran dibuka untuk kategori pejabat fungsional arsiparis dan umum (pengelola arsip, pelajar, mahasiswa, guru, PNS, TRNI, Polri, dan karyawan swasta).

Tema lomba bagi pejabat fungsional arsiparis adalah “Peranan Arsiparis dalam Mendukung Layanan Informasi kepada Masyarakat” sedangkan bagi umum “Peranan Arsip dalam Menjaga Kedaulatan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia”.

Kepada para pemenang masing-masing kategori, Juara I akan mendapat netbook, uang pembinaan, dan piagam penghargaan dan juara II meraih uang pembinaan, piagam penghargaan, juara III mendapat uang pembinaan dan piagam penghargaan.

Adapaun teknik penulisan, judul ditulis dengan huruf arial dengan ukuran 14 dan dicetak tebal. Naskah diketik maksmial 10 halaman, ukuran kertas A4, jenis huruf arial, ukuran huruf 12, spasi 2, margin atas dan kiri 4 cm, margin bawah dan kanan 3 cm.

Ketentuan umum, tulisan bersifat ilmiah populer yang merupakan karya tulis asli, belum pernah dipublikasikan dan diikutsertakan dalam lomba karya tulis bidang kearsipan.

Naskah dikirim melalui kilat khusus paling lambat 27 Oktober 2012 (cap pos), email [email protected], atau diserahkan langsung ke Jl. Ampera Raya No. 7 Jakarta Selatan 12560 telepon (021) 7805851 dengan batas akhir penyerahan 28 Oktober 2012. Kategori ditulis di pojok kiri amplop.

Syarat lain, peserta melampirkan data diri atau daftar riwayat hidup, fotokopi KTP dan fotokopi SK pengangkatan dalam jabatan fungsional arsiparis. Karya yang diserahkan sepenuhnya menjadi milik ANRI. Pemenang diumumkan tanggal 8 November 2012 melalui www.anri.go.id. Pemenang akan diundang ke ANRI taranpotatasi dan akomodasi ditanggung panitia.
