Dibuka hingga 16 Juli, SPMU Sediakan 734 Kursi

Seleksi Penerimaan Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Semarang (SPMU) 2013 menyediakan 734 kursi untuk mahasiswa baru atau 10% kuota keseluruhan mahasiswa baru tahun ini. Meskipun demikian, terbuka kemungkinan kuota SPMU tersebut bertambah.

Pembantu Rektor Bidang Akademik Unnes Dr Agus Wahyudin MSi mengemukakan hal itu kepada unnes.ac.id, Sabtu (29/6).

“Total keseluruhan kuota tahun ini 6.680. Sebanyak 55% telah diterima lewat SNMPTN (Seleksi Nasional Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (SNMPTN –Red) dan 35% melalui SBMPTN (Seleksi Bersama Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri –Red),” katanya.

Namun dia mengingatkan, yang telah diterima lewat SNMPTN namun saat lapor diri tidak hadir, dinyatakan gugur. “Kursi kosong” itu kemudian ditambahkan untuk kuota SBMPTN. “Namun jika nanti yang diterima lewat SBMPTN ada yang tidak melakukan registrasi, tentu saja akan kami tambahkan ke SPMU sehingga kuota seleksi mandiri ini dimungkinkan bertambah.”

Dikemukakan pula, sekalipun SPMU merupakan seleksi mandiri, biaya kuliah mahasiswa yang diterima jalur ini sama dengan yang diterima lewat SNMPTN dan SBMPTN. “Sama, mereka bisa mengakses kategori uang kuliah tunggal, mulai dari Rp500 ribu per semester hingga Rp 5 juta per semester. Bahkan mereka juga berhak menerima beasiswa asalkan memenuhi ketentuan,” katanya.

Sebagaimana diberitakan sebelumnya, pendaftaran SPMU dibuka secara online di laman spmu.unnes.ac.id sejak 20 Juni lalu hingga 16 Juli mendatang. Berdasarkan pantauan unnes.ac.id, seleksi ini relatif masih sepi peminat. Diperkirakan para peminat masih menunggu pengumuman hasil SBMPTN 12 Juli mendatang.

    sejak tahun 2012, dari jalur undangan hingga tertulis saya memilih unnes namun belum beruntung
    tes SBMPTN kemarin saya juga ikut, tapi masih belum beruntung. Semoga di jalur SPMU 2013 ini saya diterima di unnes yang telah lama saya idamkan.

    masing-masing fakultas ada berapakah?
