Dengan Protokal Ketat, UNNES Menjadi Tempat Tes SKD CASN

Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) bertempat di Gedung G atau Gedung Kearsipan menjadi salah satu titik lokasi ujian tes Seleksi Kompetensi Dasar (SKD) untuk Calon Aparatur Sipil Negara (CASN) 2021 yang dilaksanakan di wilayah Kota Semarang.

Dalam pelaksanaan Seleksi SKD CASN ini, UNNES menerapkan protokol kesehatan covid-19 ketat, hal ini dilakukan mengingat belum berakhirnya masa pandemi COVID-19 serta sebagai upaya pencegahan COVID-19.

Berikut hal yang harus diperhatikan peserta ujian untuk mengikuti seleksi CASN 2021 di titik lokasi ujian Universitas Negeri Semarang:

1. Melakukan swab test RT PCR kurun waktu maksimal 2×24 jam atau rapid test antigen kurun waktu maksimal 1×24 jam dengan hasil negatif/non-reaktif yang pelaksanaannya wajib sebelum mengikuti seleksi CASN tahun 2021.

2. Menggunakan masker 3 lapis (3 ply) dan ditambah masker kain di bagian luar (double masker).

3. Jaga jarak (physical distancing) minimal 1 meter.

4. Cuci tangan dengan sabun/hand sanitizer.

5. Ruang kegiatan maksimal diisi oleh 30% dari kapasitas normal ruangan tempat pelaksanaan seleksi CASN 2021 yang akan dilakukan.

Selain itu, berdasarkan informasi Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Jawa Tengah, SKD di Kota Semarang diadakan dengan skenario tiga sesi dan dua sesi untuk hari Jumat.

Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum menyampaikan UNNES sebagai Digital Smart Center berkomitmen untuk memfasilitasi peserta tes SKD CPNS dari berbagai instansi dengan menggunakan kurang lebih 900 komputer.

Prof Fathur menambahkan, pelaksanaan tes SKD CPNS dipastikan berjalan lancar, tidak ada kendala jaringan, kendala kecil orce majeure seperti listrik mati karena dapat teratasi dengan back up genset yang ready.

“Ada tiga titik lokasi yang digunakan untuk pelaksanaan SKD di Wilayah Kota Semarang salah satunya Universitas Negeri Semarang, Kami pastikan semuanya seleksi SKD CASN di UNNES lancar, untuk mendukung kelancaran Seleksi SKD untuk Calon Aparatur Sipil Negara,” ujar Prof Fathur.
