CSR di Boyolali, Terbentuk Empat Kelompok Tani

Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)  Universitas Negeri Semarang (Unnes) kerja sama dengan Pertamina di Kabupaten Boyolali pada tahun pertama ini berhasil merbentuk empat kelompok tani  dengan anggota per kelompok 70 – 80 orang. Desa binaan tersebut berada di Ketaon, Kecamatan Banyudono.

Margunani, MP ketua tim saat kunjungan Rektor Unnes, Minggu (27/3), di Boyolali menyatakan pihaknya menyerahkan  bantuan alat berupa satu mesin perajang  sampah, tiga set alat pemipil jagung, tiga set alat pembuat tepung jagung , dan 20 set  alat pembuat kompos Tasakura. “Selain itu, tiga set tong sampah pemilah sampah organik dan anorganik, alat memasak untuk membuat  kue dari jagung (kompor, blender, mixer, open, dan lainnya masing-masing tiga set,” kata Margunani.

Dia juga mengatakan, di desa binaan ini amggota kelompok diberi pelatihan membuat kompos, pemeriksaan kesehatan secara massal, pendidkan kewirausahaan, membuat tepung jagung, dan membuat kue yang bahan dasarnya dari jagung seperti egg roll, nugget, cheese stick, dan pudding.

“Kehadiran CSR yang digarap Unnes  meliputi empat hal, yakni pendidkan, ekonomi, kesehatan, dan infrastruktur. Semua itu harus  benar-benar memberi  manfaat bagi masyarakat Banyudono,” kata Rektor Prof Sudijono Sastroatmodjo.

Rektor berpesan, produk-produk jagung tidak usah macam-macam. “Fokuskan dari jagung dibuat tepung kemudian dibuat apa yang khas betu. Misalnya seperti yang sudah dilatihkan supaya dikenal masyarakat  ‘oh ini to kue binaan Unnes’ ,” tegas Rektor.

Rektor mengaku baru saja berbicara dengan Sesjen Dikti. Isinya, Unnes akan mengirimkan orang ke Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) untuk  dilatih selama tiga minggu kerja sama dengan Taiwan. “Produk yang dihasilkan oleh petani binaan IPB labelnya  di sana adalah IPB, nantinya produk  di Jawa Tengah dan sekitarnya  labelnya adalah Unnes,” kata Rektor.

“Maka, mantapkanlah dalam suatu produk yang bisa diakui oleh masyarakat. Dengan pengakuan itu kemudian pelabelan menjadi penguatan kita,” katanya.
