Bumikan Strategi Kepemimpinan Bertumbuh di Ponpes As Salafy Al Asror

Pondok pesantren (Ponpes) telah menjadi salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang penting dalam mencetak manusia berahklak mulia dan mampu memberikan kontribusi dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Namun demikian, perubahan dan perkembangan perilaku santri saat ini menunjukkan adanya pergeseran nilai yang menuntut perhatian dari segenap pihak.

Hal tersebutlah yang menjadi latar belakang penyelenggaraan seminar pendidikan bertema “Strategi Kepemimpinan Bertumbuh dalam Menghadapi Tantangan Era Digital” oleh Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Profesi (LP3) Universitas Negeri Semarang pada Sabtu pagi (8/8) bertempat di Aula MA Al Asror Kompleks Ponpes As Salafy Al Asror, Patemon, Gunungpati, Kota Semarang.

Dalam seminar yang bertajuk dari UNNES untuk Al Asror ini, hadir sebagai narasumber plt Wakil Rektor Bidang Perencanaan dan Kerjasama UNNES Dr Hendi Pratama SPd MA, Ketua LP3 UNNES Dr Ngabiyanto MSi, dan Pengasuh Ponpes As Salafy Al Asror KH Al Mamnukhin Kholid.

Kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk implementasi kerjasama antara LP3 UNNES dengan mitra non lembaga pemerintah dalam rangka meningkatkan pemahaman mitra kerja mengenai kepemimpinan bertumbuh yang telah UNNES canangkan.

Selain itu, kegiatan juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mitra kerja tentang perkembangan dunia pendidikan dan tantangannya dalam menghadapi era digital.

Bertindak sebagai moderator Drs Fachrurrozie MSi yang memandu jalannya seminarnya.

Peserta kegiatan ini merupakan guru dan ustadz di lingkungan Yayasan As Salafy Al Asror.

Acara ditutup dengan penandatanganan Perjanjian Kerjasama (PK) antara UNNES dengan Yayasan As Salafy Al Asror.

Sebagai lembaga pendidikan, UNNES telah tumbuh dan berkembang dengan cepat termasuk dalam merespon tantangan revolusi industri 4.0 dan society 5.0. UNNES telah mengembangkan model kepemimpinan bertumbuh yang didasarkan pada pengalaman UNNES dan visi futuristiknya untuk terus maju dan mewujudkan UNNES yang unggul, berprestasi, dan bereputasi.
