Bila Prof Rasdi Menyapa Siswa SD

Kehangatan terasa begitu Prof Dr Rasdi Ekosiswoyo MSc datang di SD Pangudi Luhur Tarcisius Semarang Selasa (26/11) Pagi. Kehangatan bagi guru, kehangatan pula bagi siswa.

Kehadiran mantan Rektor Unnes itu disambut Kepala Sekolah FX Suparman beserta guru dan siswa. Bukan Prof Rasdi, sapaan akrapnya, kalau datang tidak membuat suasana menjadi “ger-geran”. Meski baru datang, ia berhasil membuat suasana menjadi akrab seperti pertemuan antara bapak dan anak.

Kepada guru, Prof Rasdi memberikan contoh mengajar dan memberikan bagaimana format penyusunan tempat duduk yang benar agar siswa aktif dan nyaman dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Apalagi di SD Pangudi Luhur Tarcisius ini banyak guru muda yang masih energik dan potensial melahirkan inovasi pembelajaran.

Kegembiraan juga tampak terlihat di wajah murid kelas satu SD Pangudi Luhur Tarcisius Semarang. Sambil bercanda penuh dengan keakraban dan menanyakan apa yang sedang dikerjakan sambil mengkoreksi beberapa tulisan dari murid kelas satu SD Pangudi Luhur Trancisius Semarang.

Inilah cara memberikan pelajaran kepada murid agar murid menjadi aktif dan banyak bertanya kepada guru, dan guru jangan marah apabila banyak murid yang bertanya.”Contohnya saya yang menjadi dosen paling favorit di PPS Unnes,” candanya.

Kepala Tarcisius Fx Suparman mengungkapkan, implementasi Kurikulum 2013 telah menumbuhkan perilaku positif di sekolah itu. “Siswa lebih banyak bertanya dan aktif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, kami sangat mendukung adanya kurikulum 2013 ini,” tuturnya.

    Saya pikir dihadiri oleh seorang mantan Rektor Unnes di Sekolah Dasar adalah kebanggaan bagi sekolah dan pasti membuat suasana yang berbeda karena kehangatan beliau, tanpa mengaburkan prinsip-prinsip pengajaran, seiring beliau seorang pakar pendidikan Jawa Tengah. Salut, dan luar biasa…!!!
