Prof Fathur: Jadilah Guru Profesional pada Era Disrupsi

Guru profesional era disrupsi yakni guru yang akan lebih cakap mengubah pelajaran yang membosankan dan tidak inovatif menjadi pembelajaran multi-stimulan sehingga menjadi lebih me­nyenangkan dan menarik. Untuk itu dalam melaksanakan literasi digital sekaligus mewu­judkan guru disrupsi, guru harus memulai mengubah cara me­reka mengajar, meninggalkan cara-cara lamanya serta fleksibel dalam memahami hal-hal baru dengan lebih cepat.

Rektor Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum menyampaikan itu saat memberi kuliah umum pada Orientasi Akademik Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) Prajabatan, Kamis (2/8/2018) di kampus Sekaran Gunungpati.

Prof Fathur menuturkan, teknologi digital dapat mem­bantu guru belajar lebih cepat dan lebih efektif untuk beru­bah dan berkembang maka jadilah para guru sebagai guru disrupsi.

“Melalui literasi digital kita mampu berpikir kritis, kreatif, ino­vatif, memecahkan masalah, berkomunikasi dengan lebih lancar, dan berkolaborasi dengan lebih banyak orang,” kata Prof Fathur.

Namun, kata Prof Fathur,  tantangan pendidikan pada era disrupsi juga berat diantaranya Globalization, 4Th Industrial Revolution, Global Competitiveness, The Economic Growth of a Nation, dan Millennial.

Untuk itu perkayalah dengan literasi baru diantaranya literasi data yaitu kemampuan untuk membaca, menganalisis, dan menggunakan informasi (big data) di dunia digitatal, literasi teknologi, dan literasi manusia.

Sebelumnya, Ketua LP3 Dr Abdurrahman MPd melaporkan, pelaksanaan orientasi ini diikuti 147 peserta diantaranya berasal dari  Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Bandung, Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES), Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY), Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), Universitas Negeri Malang (UM), Universitas Negeri Makassar, UPGRIS, UNS, UKSW, Trunojoyo, UIN Jakarta, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta.

Kegiatan dilakukan selama 3 hari, Kamis sampai Sabtu (2-4/8/2018) di kampus UNNES Sekaran Gunungpati. Ke-147 peserta terbagi dalam 6 program studi (Prodi) yakni prodi Bimbingan dan Konseling, Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Pendidikan Matematika, Pendidikan IPA, Pendidikan Teknik Mesin, dan Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif.

Setelah orientasi, mereka akan melakukan perkuliahan selama 1 tahun (2 semsester) dengan rincian 60% Lokakarya disertai penguatan materi, peerteaching, evaluasi, dan penyusunan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas. Kemudian 40% Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL), dan diakhiri dengan ujian kompetensi.
