50 Karya Seni Dosen Seni Rupa FBS UNNES Dipamerkan

Sebanyak 50 karya seni dari 20 dosen Jurusan Seni Rupa Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Universitas Negeri Semarang (FBS UNNES) dipamerkan di Galeri Seni Rupa gedung B9 FBS kampus Sekaran Gunungpati selama sepekan, Senin sampai Jumat (24-29/8).

Jenis karyanya meliputi Seni Lukis, Seni Gambar, Kriya, Desain, dan Fotografi. Diantaranya Arif Fiyanto SSn MSn dengan karya Teror Kehidupan Kaum Urban, Mujiono SPd MSn (Gejolak Asa), Nadia Sigi Prameswari SSn MSn (Macul Ben Ora Ucul Rejekine), Drs Purwanto MPd (Ritual Tradisi Sedekah Gunung Merapi), Dr Syakir Muharar MSn (Yang Super Jadi Monster), Dr TriyantoMA (Quran, Surat Al-Hujurat: 13), dan Rahina Nugrahani SSn MSn Playing With The Dino.

Ketua Jurusan Dr Syakir MSn melaporkan, melalui pameran Kanoman 2018 yang bertajuk “Image dan Imaji’ ini diharapkan mahasiswa mampu memiliki role model ideal melalui para pengajarnya. Dosen Jurusan Seni Rupa juga memiliki semangat dalam berkarya karena terwadahi, memiliki tanggungjawab selain tri dharma perguruan tinggi, dan memberikan dampak yang luas pada khalayak.

Drs Purwanto MPd mewakili Kurator lainya menyampaikan, tema yang diusung dalam pameran ini adalah Image dan Imaji. Image adalah citra tentang pribadi kami para dosen, dan Imaji dimaksud sebagai ungkapan citra bagaimana kami memanage potensi kreatif yang kami miliki dalam mengambil peran aktif membentuk dan membangun medan seni rupa melalui berkarya seni, menulis tentang seni, mendidik seni, dan berwawasan seni.

Harapannya dapat menjadi konstribusi bagi pengembangan kehidupan seni dan peradaban yang lebih tinggi.

Image dan Imaji menyuguhkan karya nyata sebagai bukti bahwa dosen seni rupa berkompetensi tak sekadar dapat bersifat kata tetapi menunjukkan bawa kami bisa. Saya, kami, dan kita yang hadir di sini semua berharap bahwa profil para dosen yang dibutuhkan saat ini adalah dosen yang tak sekadar bisa JARKONO (bisa ngajar ning ora bisa nglakoni).

Bukan itu yang dibutuhkan adalah dosen yang berintegritas mampu berdiri tegak karena dia berkualitas, mampu menjadi role model bagi mahasiswanya, mampu menginspirasi, mampu menjadi referensi, mampu mengedukasi, dan mampu mendorong bagi pencapaian kreativitas mahasiswa yang lebih tinggi.

Rektor UNNES Prof Dr Fathur Rokhman MHum saat membuka pameran menyampaikan, karya seni ini merupakan kreativitas para dosen seni rupa, diforum manapun kreativitas itu menduduki posisi yang tinggi, posisi yang terhormat. Orang kreatif itu dia sadar akan keberadaannya sebagai manusia yang ada dalam diolog kepada manusia lain, kepada alam semesta, dan kepada Tuhan sehingga kreativitas itu akan menganggkat derajat kemanusiaan, mengangkat derajat seni rupa, dan menganggat derajat FBS.

Untuk itu kami sangat meengapresiasi pameran ini sehingga bisa menjadi inspirasi kepada dosen yang lain dan mahasiswa.

“Dosen-dosen muda seni rupa luar biasa berani berkarya dan dipamerkan, sebab tidak semua dosen berani berkarya dan dipamerkan pada bidangnya masing-masing,” kata Prof Fathur.
