22 Profesor dan Doktor UNNES, Hilirisasi Model Pembelajaran Inovatif ke Sekolah

Sebanyak 22 Profesor dan Doktor UNNES, melakukan hilirisasi model pembelajaran inovatif ke sekolah melalui program Penugasan Dosen di Sekolah (PDS). Dalam program tersebut, UNNES menggandeng lima sekolah mitra.

“PDS merupakan program unggulan dari Belmawa Dikti, dalam rangka revitalisasi peran dan fungsi Lembaga Pendidikan Tenaga Kependidikan (LPTK). Pada 2018 ini, Dikti menggandeng 89 perguruan tinggi baik negeri maupun swasta yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia, termasuk didalamnya Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES),”papar Ketua PDS Unnes Prof Rustono,disela Diseminasi Hasil PDS di Rektorat, Kampus Sekaran Gunungpati, Senin (3/12).

Dipaparkan, program tersebut telah berjalan sejak bulan Juli 2018 hingga Oktober 2018. Sebanyak 22 Dosen dari 7 Fakultas yaitu FIP, FBS, FIS, FMIPA, FT, FIK dan FE bermitra dengan guru sesuai dengan bidang studinya, berkolaborasi untuk melaksanakan empat kegiatan kolaboratif.

“Kerjasama kolaboratif tersebut dilakukan dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran inovatif, implementasi model pembelajaran inovatif di kelas, melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas dan publikasi ilmiah.  Keseluruhan kegiatan ini, dilaksankan kolaborasi antara dosen dengan guru,” tandasnya. 

Prof Rustono berharap, program kemitraan yang selama ini sudah terjalin tidak berhenti, artinya dosen dan guru dapat terus bekerjasama dalam berbagai kegiatan seperti penelitian, publikasi maupun pengabdian. “Dosen pelaksana juga diharapkan mampu menjadi model, bagi mahasiswa calon guru serta bagi rekan dosen dalam prodinya. Para kepala sekolah dan gur pun mengaku Program PDS dari UNNES , memberikan manfaat besar dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pembelajaran di sekolah,” tandasnya.

Dalam seminar hasil kali ini, para dosen pelaksana PDS dari 11 Program Studi Kependidikan UNNES, turut seta memaparkan hasil serta lesson learn selama mereka berada di sekolah. Mereka mengaku bahwa PDS telah memberikan pengalaman bagi dosen Progam Sarjana Pendidikan dan Program Profesi Guru, dalam memahami lingkungan persekolahan dan peserta didik. 

Begitupun dengan Guru Mitra juga memperoleh manfaat dalam kegiatan PDS ini. Guru memperoleh update ilmu, terkait dengan materi pelajaran maupun model-model pembelajaran inovatif. Hal tersebut terbukti mampu meningkatkan antusiasme siswa, dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran serta mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Atas capaian tersebuut,  para guru berharap akan ada program lanjutan dari PDS ini.
