Berikan Pengalaman Kerja Nyata, 3.175 Mahasiswa dilepas dalam UNNES LANTIP 4

Dalam memberikan wawasan langsung mengenai dunia kerja kepada para mahasiswa, Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) melepas 3.175 mahasiswa dalam Program UNNES LANTIP 4 tahun 2024. Wakil Rektor III Bidang Riset, Inovasi, & Sistem Informasi, Prof. Dr. Ngabiyanto, M.Si., secara simbolis melepas para mahasiswa pada Kamis, (29/8) di lapangan rektorat UNNES.

UNNES LANTIP adalah program pembelajaran berbasis praktik yang diselenggarakan oleh LPPP UNNES. Program ini bertujuan memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia unggul dengan memanfaatkan kreativitas, inovasi, dan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Selain itu, mahasiswa juga dibekali literasi digital dan teknologi untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang berkualitas.

Sebelum diterjunkan ke lapangan, para mahasiswa telah mengikuti kegiatan pembekalan pada 27-28 Agustus 2024 di Auditorium UNNES. Pembekalan ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi tantangan di lapangan, seperti perubahan gaya belajar pelajar yang semakin digital, perubahan karakter, serta kebutuhan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan teknologi dan sosial adaptif.

Dalam laporannya, Ketua Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Profesi (LPPP) UNNES, Prof. Dr. Rodiyah, S.Pd., S.H., M.Si., mengungkapkan ada 3.175 mahasiswa dalam LANTIP 4 yang berasal dari tujuh fakultas di UNNES, dengan  rincian: FIPP sebanyak 637 mahasiswa, FBS sebanyak 593 mahasiswa, FIPP sebanyak 284 mahasiswa, FMIPA sebanyak 312 mahasiswa, FT sebanyak 566 mahasiswa, FIK sebanyak 392 mahasiswa dan FEB sebanyak 395 mahasiswa.

Para mahasiswa berasal dari 40 program studi kependidikan yang tersebar di delapan kabupaten/kota, termasuk Kabupaten Demak, Kabupaten Kendal, Kabupaten Kudus, Kabupaten Semarang, Kabupaten Temanggung, Kota Magelang, Kota Salatiga, dan Kota Semarang.

Pada tahun 2024, UNNES LANTIP memilki sebanyak 185 mitra instansi, yang berasal  dari sekolah maupun non-sekolah. Mitra non-sekolah yang berpartisipasi antara lain AKPOL, Balai Diklat Keagamaan Semarang, BBPMP Jateng, BPSDMD Provinsi Jawa Tengah, BPTIK DIKBUD Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah, dan SKB Ungaran Kabupaten Semarang. Sedangkan mitra sekolah meliputi jenjang PAUD, SD, SMA sederajat.

Diharapkan program UNNES LANTIP dapat memberikan pengalaman nyata bagi para mahasiswa tentang proses pembelajaran yang aada di kelas serta turut serta dalam memberikan kontribusi yang besar bagi dunia pendidikan di Indonesia.
